Their data is all online review data, so if you have ever filled out a form online expecting a reward these guys bought the answers and that's why they cold call you, if you have been declined for loans or u have applied for an iva and been rejected these guys get ur details. Terrible company who have staff acting under alternative names as they were previously sacked for falsifying Bank statements and other documents to support an IVA.if your mentally ill and struggle on the phone they will bin u of ASAP. Staff laugh and talk about clients in a degrading matter and don't worry about your income and expenditures because they will change the answers to ensure they get the most money from you as the higher the disposalable income u have the more fees they make. They also don't handle ur IVA they basically get ur details and sell you on to a company that will then process and approve it. They should be shut down. They are a complete joke of business.go to pay plan or step change it's same service but for free these guys only want the fees for selling ur case on after you have been approved they don't care. Step change and pay plan offer the same service for free and will get you on the right plan for you not like these guys who fiddle ur details so u meet the criteria. Avoid at all costs there are plenty places who provide the same service and will give you best advice.

I had come a point where I was just ignoring everything concerning my debts. At one stage I believed my debt would disappear then I came home last week and national debt day as the first place I contacted …. I spoke to J his name shall remain unnamed I don’t know what to say about he guided me through everything and listened and shared all options to me …. this week I can breathe I can plan accept my debt and manage my responsibilities now
I had to do something National Debt Advice and the process that has begun has transformed my life I don’t know where or what I would doing to manage my debt had I not contacted them

I can’t find the words really to express my thanks to J and National Debt and to the people and agencies who have been part of my life out of debt.

Filled in the form online and was told they could help with as little as 1 dept. Guy called and when I repeated exactly what I'd put in the form he said they could only help with multiple depts, putting them all into one easy way of paying them off. Compete waste of time.

18 months of pure worry, stress and trying to hold it together. Eventually got to a point that I needed to do something or my children would grow up without a father.. Within a few days of speaking to national debt helpline we had a plan in place and the depression/stress has already started to lift.. Thankyou so much
