The service we received was amazing and the guy who served us was so helpful

Well...what a fantastic experience I had , getting my motability car from here. It's my third car and I can honestly say that I didn't have such a quick and easy experience from the other dealers as I had at Nathaniel, Cwmbrân. Gwyn was so amenable ;friendly , knowledgeable, kind, considerate and most of all, patient. I would recommend this dealership and it's staff to anyone .

When I first made inquiries about changing my current vehicle, Gwyn, the salesman was very helpful and supplied me with all the necessary facts and figures for me to be able to make an informed decision, I returned to the dealer two days later to purchase a new vehicle again with Gwyn. When I attended the dealership to collect my new car, I found that Martin was extremely patient and helpful over some admin difficulties I was experiencing.

Everyone that I spoke to in this Sales Team were particularly friendly and professional. They were knowledgeable and awnsered all my questions. I have never had a Hybrid car before and was on a learning curve. to find out all that I could. The only thing that puzzled me was that when I picked the car up there was only 73 miles worth of petrol in it. I have had many new vehicles in my life time and always had a full tank to start with. I had to drive immediately to a garage to fill up which cost me £47. Ok it was not the price of the fuel but the inconvenience. It was a negative experience which I could have done without. The car I traded in had £149 worth of fuel left in it. Ok in general my experience was good but I suggest more fuel should have been put in the car. I am delighted with the car overall and pleased that I changed it
