I was welcomed in at Nathaniel’s by a lovely lady on reception who made me and my daughter feel like family. I then was sold my car by Tom, he was amazing! He helped me choose the right car for me. Talked me through absolutely everything. Any questions I had were answered and everything was very thorough. I bought my first car back in 2017 with Tom and I upgraded this week. Perfect customer service and care from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend enough

Julian was great from start to finish!

Needed to book my car for its 1st service, Louise was an absolute superstar, she identified an issue with my details, escalated it, got it sorted and called me back! She clearly is an asset and genuinely understands the meaning of excellent customer service and putting the customer at the heart of everything she does.

Don't you hate it when you buy a new car and get half a tank of petrol, rushed handover, no explanation of key features?

Well Nathaniels is the opposite. I just took delivery of a new MG IM6 Launch Edition, super friendly people, as fast or slow a process as I wanted - useful tips for some popular functions and a fully charged EV.

Nice follow ups and checks on how I was getting on and other helpful suggestions and a rewards card / app coming in May that is packed with help and actual rewards like free coffees, sports tickets.

I'd highly recommend buying a car from them - they can find something that meets your needs and is very affordable.

Their staff and customer service is first class - can't fault it.

And say hello to Nala the dealership dog.

The car was very well presented and all staff polite.

A good selection of cars and the staff are very friendly and helpful. A comfortable and clean waiting area.

Whilst busy and delays inevitable the team were very helpful, answers all of my queries, made the process as simple as it could be and had my new purchase ready when they said they would. Really appreciated the site manger popping in personally to apologise for any waiting time. A very personal gesture that demonstrates how customer focussed they are. Thank you.

This is my third purchase from Nathaniel Bridgend branch, Tom Hughes was yet again fantastic. The whole experience was made so easy by all the staff.

Dealt with matthew who was excellant all the way through,when we walked in were'nt sure which car to have,matthew talked us through what cars had what features,and answered all our questions.Not once did he push us towards one car he let us decide.

No hard sell which was great, but no real great service either. We wanted a car, they sold us what we wanted. Did have a free coffee and they preserved after having some technical issues with payment system, but nothing out of the ordinary. They did swap a 3pin cable for a car charging cable but had to collect it from another branch so decent service, not exceptional.
Update, left 2 messages for sales manager to contact me but no response. Have altered my review accordingly

Fantastic experience from the 1st phone call to buy a new car for my wife.

Geraint our salesman was so helpful and knowledgeable. All the staff are very friendly here, can’t praise them enough.
I’ve had my cars serviced here for many years and always have excellent customer service.

We now have the perfect car we needed and I have to say it’s an amazing car for the money. A HS plug in hybrid, had it a week and absolutely in love with it.

They also do a recommendation scheme, where you can recommend a friend or family member to get £100.
My wife recommended me and she’s £100 better off as I’ve bought an MG4 XPOWER from Nathaniel's

When making my first phone call to Nathaniel Cars it give me a good feeling about them, regarding my call being delt with quickly and able to speak with sales without having delays or to request a call back. Very easy to deal with Julian sales rep answered all questions no pressure to buy (but purchased) very knowledgeable let us take it in our time no rush and Cody young lad who showed us new vehicle when purchased explained all technology both of them nothing to much trouble
