First time dealing with Nathaniel in Bridgend. Could not be happier with the whole process. From first point of contact with Ann Filipe through to Terry Christopher who coordinated the purchase. Very professional and made everything simple and straightforward. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Just received my new car today, from the start Terry Christopher kept me informed whilst waiting to collect it. I have had quite a few cars from Nathaniel’s and can only praise all the staff for their politeness and can honestly say nothing is to much trouble for them, any questions are always well received and answered. First class organisation. Can’t thank the team enough and would strongly recommend anyone to pay a visit if you are looking for a car brand new or second hand.

Being told by transport a delivery time and a promise that never materialised. Also dealing with cash back to my self is unbelievable experience being told one thing by one person and another by a salesperson. The log book arrived before my money which still hasn’t been returned

I took my mother to test drive a hs for her new mobility car. When we got back she decided to order then.
The sales person (aiden) talked my mother through everything and was extremely straight forward meeting(experienced bad orders with different dealership before).
We were kept updated about our order status and on collection if the car again everything was straight forward the employees here were extremely helpful and very warm and welcoming. My mother was very very happy with the dealings she's had with this dealership and recommended to friends and family even taking my brother down to choose his next car

Friendly and welcoming staff, always happy to help and answer any questions. I bought a car that I wasn't 100% happy with, I came back a year later to test drive a different car and had great support choosing the right car and right deal for me. Bridgend location is recommended. Thank you!

I visited numerous times before deciding an a car. Craig was excellent at explaining the pros and con of the cars I was considering. Finally decided on a Skoda Karoq and was allowed to test drive numerous times. Picking up the car was quick and stress free and was given very good instructions on how to operate the vehicle, as it was my first Automatic car. Excellent service all round.
