I was trying to find some clip in hair for prom . After I saw the reviews I was little scared cause I thought the hair wasn’t gonna be like they describe. But the hair was great but the only thing about the clip was the grams of the hair. But I would order again

Unfortunately my experience was horrible. I ordered hair for my client to do an install application. Within two days my client returned with hair tangled beyond belief. As a professional stylist and Salon owner wanting to honor my work and recommendation of Nana Virgin hair, I conditioned and attempted to style the hair even as it was shedding profusely while being brushed. Once again a week later I again re-shampooed and conditioned hair for the second time at no cost, as I am the person who recommended and ordered the hair. Yesterday I reached out by email to the company and was told in the email that the hair purchased which was 27 colored hair wasn’t as good of quality as the Virgin hair. To which I replied was the hair I received human hair ? Because if so proper treatment would return hair to a natural soft luster. I asked if they would accept the hair back to look at it and see the embarrassment of the product. Today I received an email stating they would not send new hair to replace the obviously dry rotted synthetic mix blend which the hair obviously is. As a small Buisness owner it’s imparitive to retain a loyal customer base as I’ve done for many years now. As a result of almost loosing a long time client, I will Not purchase nor recommend anyone ordering colored hair whatsoever. I’m truly sorry that they chose not to be fair and honor their product,

I have been ordering hair from the company for approximately two years and have been disappointed on several occasions upon receiving my order and there are mistakes made. To return the hair is too much hassle and too costly therefore I have been stuck with the hair that I did not order. When the orders are completed as specified hair quality turns out to be great.

I ordered the 13x6 frontal and some ombré bundles. After waiting for a long 2 weeks I got the hair. Immediately I have to say I was impressed by Softness of the hair and the frontal . After co washing the hair, it became even softer (if possible). After conducting different test on the hair I can see the superior quality of this hair. This hair didn't have a big obnoxious odor and did not tangle upon install. The communication is also great,you can email/text/call and they reply almost immediately.
