Their hair is excellent quality.
They are honest, attentive, and very professional. I truly appreciate my contact person for their patience and kindness. I have tried many suppliers, and they are still the best choice for me.

Product: love the product. I ordered 4 times. Vietnamese straight and wavy in different lengths. The compliments I recieved on the hair are endless. Please use minimum products on hair because over time it get that greasy look. However when washed it bounce right back. Hair does shed but not crazy.
Ordered three different hair types from Top Trend - curly, wavy and straight, and I must say it’s the most GORGEOUS hair, it’s silky and thick and I cannot wait to use it this summer. J and his team worked hard to produce a high quality and kept the communication going even after the hair was sent. Top trend is the absolute best hair I’ve ever had in my life. They will communicate with you in timely fashion even after you’ve already received your hair. They will keep you updated daily and they will also video call you which helped me trust them. Top trend were fantastic from beginning to end. I’m pretty knowledgeable about the hair process and it was extremely refreshing to see they were honest, professional, and full of knowledge. I loved the fact that I was able to have a video call prior to purchase. They were also very patient because I was apprehensive with a new vendor and wasn’t sure if the hair was genuinely raw. Well the hair is RAW and BEAUTIFUL. I was even shown video prior to shipping. Rest assured, Top Trend is the real deal and esp to make larger bulk purchases.
They were so clear on the processing and shipping time for my hair. The hair quality was fantastic!! They had great communication and sent me videos of my hair when it was ready. When the hair was shipped they sent me the tracking and I received it in 4 days. I orders 6 bundles and 2 closures to be made into 2 wigs and both of them turned out perfect. Upon receiving my order, the hair was beautiful, it was thick and shiny, true to length, and it smelled good as if they washed it before hand. I would 10/10 recommend anyone to shop with Top Trend Hair Factory.
Red flag! Be aware they don’t have return policy and they don’t accept pay pal. When I asked for a price for raw hair, the prices given were 30% higher than the ones listed on their website. It turned out they don’t have hair in stock and that the production lasts 15 days after FULL payment upfront. Seems like a scam.
They are dishonest for the shipping fees - asked me to pay double shipping charges corresponding to double weight for my quoted quantity.

2. We are a wholesale factory. Our website is for sample display only; actual orders are placed via WhatsApp.
3. We do accept PayPal and can provide our PayPal transaction history upon request.
4. All products are made based on pre-orders, so production time is required. This is standard practice for most factories in Vietnam, as we do not carry ready stock like some factories in China.
5. You requested shipping for 200 grams; however, the minimum chargeable weight of 500 grams is required by DHL/FedEx/UPS regulations. This is an international shipping policy and not a factory decision.
