Absolutely addicted to Nalas baby as a whole adult lol. It smells good, is natural and I adore the little collections.

I tried Nala’s baby on a whim, I started with the vanilla cloud range but never looked back. It’s always my first stop for my toddlers bits and bobs and we’ve been trying all the different ranges but vanilla cloud is his favourite of the bunch. He’s crazy for the Paw Patrol offering making bath times more fun for him now.

I love nalas baby im 35 year old women and I use it becuase I have sensitive skin it makes your skin soft and this is now my go to moisture creame i use it on my kids and they love it.smells nice aswell so definitely recommend. Also the price is reasonable I got 3 lotions and strawberry springs body butter for £24 thats an amazing price.

Have loved Nala’s Baby for a while now, and this experience has only made me love the brand even more. Their customer service was incredibly quick to respond and the resolution was handled promptly and professionally.

I ordered the trio pack and I thought I would save money well I received this package couldn’t wait to start using this for my grandchildren opened it to find 2 bubble bath and 1 shampoo and body wash NOT what I wanted so I emailed them to tell them of my disappointment and I was asked to provide evidence and quickly they replied with an apology and I’m awaiting the moisturiser I originally wanted I have heard a lot of good things about this product so I can’t wait to use it

I used Nala’s baby on my newborn and she immediately came up in rashes over her stomach, chest, shoulders, back spreading down to her legs. I was given eczema treatment for my baby by the doctor and advised not to use it. 3 years later I thought I’d try Nala’s baby again as my daughter has not experienced any flare ups since and thought I’d give it another go. However exactly the same she is covered in red rashes and is complaining of discomfort. Being this is for sensitive skin I am horrified it has happened twice.

Everything about Nordic Cotton is exceptional. The ingredients in the products are perfect for not just babies but also adults too😉. From I start using Nala’s baby products, my skin is softer and smoother.

I have very sensitive skin and usually buy baby skin products because I believe that they are safer for my skin. When I saw Nala's baby products in my Local branch fo Boots I was delighted to find a nautural product for sensitive skin which hadn't been tested on animals. The label on the container claimed to be dermatologist and paediatrician approved.
However, almost immeiately after I applied the Nala's baby moisturising lotion, I experienced a significant allergic reaction. My skin was bright red, inflamed and I felt a burning sensation.So, I looked at some product reveiews many people have experienced the same immediate and significant allergic reaction to these skincare products. The Nala's Baby brand claims to have been clincically tested and be suitable for babies with eczema. But, there are a substantial number of reviewers whose babies also experienced significant reactions to Nala's baby products, so I am extremely concerned for mothers who are unaware of the problems with these products. I am demanding that these products be recalled and the seriously misleading labelling be changed.

The products are all amazing. I’ve tried everything on myself and my kids and we love it. Worth every penny. Delivery is so quick.

Hello,

I received my order today, but the package arrived damaged. It appears that one of the bottles inside has leaked, and the contents have spilled over the other products in the package. It looks like the lid was loose on the conditioner and that’s ruined all of the products.

I have photos showing the condition of the package and the leaked items. Could you please arrange a replacement or refund or advise on the next steps?

I am very disappointed if I’m honest, cause I do use Nala’s baby every single day for my eczema. I love it I really do but this has really put me off and down that the packaging is bad. I’ll stick to using shops to purchase but all this stuff is not useable anymore it’s covered and contaminated with the other products.

Update; I have now spoken to customer service and they are very, very helpful. I really can’t thank the customer service team know I think they have gone above and beyond to fix this for me. I took my one star review into five star since speaking to them.

Class . Daughter has really sensitive skin . Nalas baby helps her handle the heat better and she's looking her best and skin has cleared up. Quality wife and I so happy
