Dont waste your money
Dont waste your money. Poorly Made. The Worst Retailer i've used. Sent me two different coloured earrings, one was so poorly made you couldn't see the design of it. They agreed they sent me faulty earrings and agreed to replace them. I posted them back, coincidentally they made out they didnt get them because I hadnt used a tracking number because I didnt want to waste another £10 on this useless business. Spent £45 for nothing. They will do anything not to refund or replace. Go elsewhere, they really are not worth 1 star.

If I could give them no stars I would! TERRIBLE customer service! My boyfriend got me a ring and earrings for my birthday (December 19th and he ordered it on the 27th of November). He didn't open the envelope it came in until I opened it on my birthday. Both items were missing a jewel, when I contacted them expecting them to at least have an extended return policy for Christmas they said because he hadn't contacted them straight away they wouldn't repair it and I'd have to pay to send it back on top of paying them to repair both faulty items. I emailed them twice reminding them of the consumer rights act that id contacted them within the 30 days window of receiving faulty items and they ignored my disappointment that they weren't taking responsibility in sending faulty items. I've seen I'm not the only one experiencing their rubbish customer service and poor quality products and will to be reporting them.

Avoid
Bought my partner a ring from this establishment for Christmas, once opened on Christmas Day she noticed a couple of gemstones missing from the ring and that it was also slightly bent meaning she cannot wear it. Have asked for a full refund or a replacement but they have said no to both.
By law all faulty goods must be refunded in 30 days, have reported to ombudsman.

I am completely in love with my rings from NABILONDON. They are absolutely stunning and I have received countless compliments on how amazing they look. The customer service I received was top-notch, and I really appreciate their unique and exquisite designs. Although they may appear delicate, they are surprisingly durable. I can confidently wear them without fear of breaking, thanks to their sturdy design and style. I truly adore them.
