Brennmore had the perfect celestial band I was looking for to go with my solitaire engagement ring. They were communicative and kind, ensuring I would have the ring by the time I needed it. I received updates throughout the creation/shipping process and a prompt check-in once it was delivered. I love my wedding band and am so happy I found Brennmore. :)

The site says complimentary express shipping takes 3–5 days. It’s now been 8 days, and I still haven’t received any update or even a tracking number. I’ve emailed twice and haven’t received a response.
I spent $1,005.00 on a band ring, so I would expect at least some communication regarding the status of my order. At this point, the lack of response is extremely concerning. If I don’t receive an immediate update and tracking information, I will be filing a fraud/dispute claim with my Amex card.

Wonderful ring, wonderful responsive company!

I ordered two of the same wedding bands for my wife and I and was very unhappy with the quality. My ring size is small and the design on the outside of the ring was not even all the way around. It seems they cut the ring to size and then just awkwardly ended the design on the outside without attention to detail. Similarly, my wife’s ring was a larger size and the design on the outside doesn’t even go around the entire ring. There is a portion of the ring that is just plain without the design. The rings look very cheap for being over $300 a piece for 10k gold. I would never buy from this shop again.

My Fiance and I ordered two matching rings from Brennmore for our upcoming wedding.

First, the rings took longer than quoted on the website to be made and shipped, and we had to follow up a couple times to get them sent to us.

When they finally arrived, we were very disappointed. The craftsmanship looked very poor. The rings were only approx $775 each, so we didn’t expect anything spectacular, but they didn’t even look anything like the rings in the pictures on the website which showed such beautiful detail with a gradual channel with diamonds, creating a sort of peekaboo effect. Instead they were cheap and thin with a vertical channel with no depth and the diamonds that wrapped the entire band were not even in a straight line. They were staggered like crooked teeth. I could have gotten something nicer from the jeweler in the mall for $300.

Also, the rings took much longer than the quoted delivery time to arrive, which left us scrambling to get proper rings for our wedding after these were received.

Furthermore, we selected our normal sizes (we’ve both been sized at multiple jewelers), but the rings were both way too small so we couldn’t have kept them even if we didn’t have all the other issues.

We have returned the rings and are awaiting a refund.

I was in email contact with them from day one of my order. Apple Pay put in my previous address and they were quick to fix it. My engagement ring that I bought from a bigger in person jewelry chain needed to be resized multiple times and Alice at Brennmore was super helpful in helping me get the right size for my wedding band purchased through them. She was exceptionally kind in the back and forth exchanges we had.

I highly recommend this jewelry shop! Everything was high quality, from the jewelry itself to the amazing customer service. The fact that the jewelry is sterling silver and handmade makes it even more special and shows the quality of their work. I originally purchased a pair of vermeil oval hoop earrings that reminded of a pair from a luxury designer. I loved the look of them but ended up requesting a return because I loved them so much I wanted to invest in solid gold earrings with a similar look. I did not see this pair in solid gold on the website but Alice from Brennmore offered to make them for me. The return process for the vermeil pair was easy and now I have a super high quality 14k gold pair. I would definitely recommend Brennmore in the future.
