I asked for coils for Voopoo Drag S Pro, they don't fit. As far as I know this store doesn't do refunds therefore I'm likely to be stuck mouth of pocket. I went there against my better judgement as I was pressed for time

I am sorry to hear that you have been sold the wrong coils for your device. We are more than happy to replace them for you. We always do our best to make sure our customers have a decent shopping experience with us, we do indeed do refunds or exchanges on our products.
Just pop into the store with them and we will happily switch them out or refund them.

Return of the Specialist Store
It's a real pleasure to shop at My Vape. The people there are very knowledgeable, helpful and always pleasant to deal with. I've turned up with all sorts of questions but nothing phases them. It's a real change from shopping in a faceless supermarket where choosing the correct product is a bit of a lottery.
