Hi,
All of the tools for our program are located on the tool bar/tool tab (it depends on which browser you're using). Unfortunately, not all of the public transit services make their fares available to the public easily, but we do provide those that are. I hope that helps clear it up.
Not as good as the old trip planner
Not good as the old trip planner. Difficult to navigate could not find a way to get to a specific intersection without pinpointing it on the map -- not very easy when going across town. Combinations of bus and train usage are not clear. Does not give approximate times of buses at specific stops. Not a very good program -- preferred the older program.

UNUSABLE!!!!
I click on My Transit Guide and all it does is send me to the install page (which I already did). Then it tells me I have already installed, but it won't let me go further.
I got ABSOLUTELY no HELP from this Web Page.

Are you using Chrome? Unfortunately, it's slightly different per browser, but if you're on Chrome, sometimes extensions are hidden. To view them again please go to Chrome's Preferences, then Extensions and then you can hide/delete from there. If you're on any other browser, please email us at support@help.mindspark.com

this doesn't tell you anything, not enough options to get to a destination locally!!!
I just want local bus schedule of what might be available from my location or nearby and it doesn't give any options for anything close or availability. My friend has a disability and needs the bus close by to where he will live, this is a waste of time. I can go find a bus stop and get more info!

Wrong route info
Info incorrect. Route passes in front of my house but the guide told me to walk for 8 min. to another location. Needs fixing and checking physically to make sure the guide is giving the correct info. I'm a senior with disabilities and there is no way I'm walking to a location when I can catch the bus in front of my house. FIX IT!!!

Best way to fine your way when you are travaling
You just have to know where you are going and they get you there with no trouble.

Very poor user interface.
The user interface is not at all intuitive. I will continue to try to get the transport information I require in spite of the absurd toolbar I had to install on my computer.
