I hate it ; it took over my computer.
It changed all my settings and my search methods. i did not want to make any changes. All I wanted to be able to read the bus schedule, and now I am completely confused as to how to get my computer back.

I've been trying to book 2 tickets from Lancaster to Carlisle. Looked it up last night and it was £15.00 return. On the Monday the 9th May this year.
Now it is £20 each way !! what happened?

hopeless
All I want to do is get From Beenleigh to Townsville and back and for all the rubbish on this site I can't find one link to do that for me. I have seen the timetable but can't tell which times they are since they are not in 24 hour format or even have AM or PM. For me to plan my trip to be in Townsville for a weekend should not be this hard. I should just have to type in From Beenleigh to Townsville to arrive before 9am on Saturday and leave after 5pm on Sunday to return. I should be told what train I will meet and the times and even given some pictures to show me what my trip might be like. I would like to have a sleeper but becasue there are tilt trains now I have no idea how to decide between the two because none of your links has given me that option. That stupid bar that is taking up room on my desktop is useless and I'm going to get rid of it if it doesn't give me more information than how to do a survey.

Did not want this and does not do the job I need it to do
I did not intend to download this toolbar, but it came up persistently as a pop-up blocking the bus time info I wanted to look at. Once it had downloaded itself I decided to give it a go, but although the Train and Bus Routes button offers the American Amtrak train company there's no sign of Stagecoach. Now I have to remove the toolbar.

This stinks!
I just want to see how to get from one point to the other on Marta. It made me install something on my computer and even after I (reluctantly) did that it did not give me the information I needed, but told me to install it again. Now I'm frustrated and I still don't have the information I need.
Ugh, and I can't even give you feedback about my frustations without violating my privacy.

Too complicated, not enough useful information, too much garbage!
This website is WAY too complicated for what it needs to be! I would like to see ALL trains, not just for a particular time!!! Seems like a no-brainer! I also couldn't find where fares were posted... another no-brainer!

not user friendly can not find routes or shedules
It is nice to upgrade systems if it works easier
It was easier to find everything with the old system
I will probably have to call customer service during business hours to find what Information. Now it is hard to find any information without calling
There is someone who tells you at transit that this is user friendly/ The true test is for someone at transit try to use it themselves. It seems transit tends to waist money on a new thing that is not viable

My browser was taken hostage...
So you make me download a Chrome app but it has me running in circles.
I JUST WANT TO PLAN AND PAY FOR A TRIP, HOW HARD DO YOU HAVE TO MAKE THIS?
What was the point of taking my computer hostage?
Is there a point in this app in which I can actually plan a trip?
All it's doing is opening google maps!!!

Our product is a tool tab, which is essentially a starting page for each time you open a new tab in Chrome. In the case of MyTransitGuide please use the "tool bar" at the top of your new tool tab to devise your trip: whether it's by car or public transit.
