Cancel My Subscription
I have been trying to cancel my subscription since right after getting my report. The profile section that I should be able to cancel it just keeps spinning and showing fetching plans.
I tried reaching out to the email support and keep getting a generic message to cancel on the site or app.
I want my subscription cancelled. I feel like I’ve been scammed.

Don’t use this site I was scammed out of 31 euros yesterday. Only agreed on 4 $. Had to cancel my credit card for fear they scam me out any more money. Haven’t heard anything from them since. Didn’t get one response from my emails to them . Don’t touch this company

Dishonest business pratices
Apparently a complete scam. I took a onetime online question and answer quiz for $1.95. Then a week later find a $39.95 charge on my credit card I never authorized and for what I do not know. They placed an "automatic payment" without my specific agreement on my Paypal account, something I never would allow or agree to if it had been clearly presented to me.
Very dishonest methods and procedures. I immediately canceled my account and referred to Paypay as a violation to my agreement with them.

If there was less than one star I would rate it at that. Scam. Took my money, added an additional $28+ and no access to results. The positive reviews here are clearly fake. I have emailed the support email they keep referring to here when responding to reviews, to appear responsive, but I haven't heard anything back. I have to contact me credit card and report fraud.
