Bought myself several pillows and 1 rug…
Bought myself several pillows and 1 rug to add to my home and everything arrived perfectly. Sara was super nice and even sent me photos of my rug progress with the women artisans and even though there was a bit of delay, I appreciated the constant communication that made me at ease. Will definitely buy again !

Ne commander surtout pas dans ce site absolument pas fiable. J'ai passé commande en février (nous sommes en avril) avec le souhait de découvrir et soutenir les petites marques marocaines, pour au final me faire voler. Je n'ai jamais reçu mon colis ni été remboursé ! Les prix sont en plus au dessus du marché par rapport aux autres marques locales que j'ai également pu tester.
Impossible d'avoir un fichu SAV ! Personne ne vous répond même via les réseaux. Bref une catastrophe, c'est à se demander s'ils ont bien une autorisation de commercer sur le sol marocain au vu de leurs nombreux manquements. Je ne compte pas en rester là avec eux.

Nous avons commandé un dessus de lit en janvier 2023, une certaine Sara nous indique que la commande sera prête bientôt, nous relançons régulièrement et la réponse reste la même: la commande sera bientôt expédiée.
Résultat: commande payée mais non livrée depuis 4 mois et demi, on attends toujours le retour

My tindy est une grosse arnaque. Je ne travaillerai jamais avec eux.
J'ai eu une commande en Décembre 2022 et jusqu'au aujourd'hui (Mars 2023) je n'ai pas reçu mon argent. J'ai essayé de contacter l'entreprise à main reprise et aucun retour de la part de la dame qui s'appelle Sara. Ce sont des arnaqueurs . A déconseiller.

I will never use it again! After the product is shipped and received well by the customer you cannot get your money back!!!! There is no way to contact the company other than WhatsApp!!!!!
Bottom line, Mytindy is garbage! That sentiment is not aimed at the individual sellers on the site, but at the company itself.
