Wrong item in order, difficult contact with shop and ignorance of client
Item was missing in my order. Contacted shop by email but get responce after 4 days that they check it. Another 4 days has gone and no responce from shop. I still did get missing item as well no refund. No one email me to sort out the problem. Very poor client service. Mistakes i orders. Total ignorance!!! Not recommend Tiande.

The delivery time is taking more than two weeks (nearly every single time) When asking where is my order they are telling me will look at it and will get back to me, but never get back. Have to email them 2-3 times before I get my order.
