The quality and delivery service of matchaeco

We’re really sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your matcha experience. Matcha can definitely be quite different if you’re new to it — authentic ceremonial-grade matcha has a naturally earthy, vegetal taste compared to sweetened café powders.
A few tips that may help:
• Try using water around 70–80°C rather than boiling water, as higher temperatures can make matcha taste more bitter.
• Many people enjoy it with oat milk or coconut milk and a little honey, vanilla syrup or sweetener to balance the flavour.
• Sifting the powder and whisking thoroughly can also make a huge difference to texture and taste.
That said, this doesn’t sound like the experience we want anyone to have. On the rare occasion, damage or tampering during transit can affect freshness, so we’d be more than happy to send you a replacement to try again. Please reach out to us directly and we’ll sort this for you straight away.

It brews into the perfect cup whether hot or iced, with a vivid green color that speaks to its quality and freshness. It whisks up effortlessly every time. I also love that the tubs are generously filled, making it fantastic value for money. Delivery is always quick too. A brand I’ll happily stay loyal to.
