Ordered multiple times - I like the three packs. They're always accommodating with general requests (for my most recent purchase, I requested a trio of Blue jerseys to wear to my son's matches). Arrived in a reasonable timeframe and all the same high quality you'd get from other places.

I've ordered multiple times from Mystery Football Kits and I've always been very happy. I've received a large variety of shirts from English teams to Argentinian teams. I have and would definitely recommend to a friend.

I’ve ordered multiple shirts from here and not been disappointed with any of the shirts I’ve received. All arrived on time and each one had great patterns on, exactly what I wanted from a mystery shirt. Highly recommend!

First time ever ordering from one of these and i placed my order on Friday 9th and I have received it today Thursday the 15th. I got a AC Milan top but I think it's last year's but for the price I'm still happy and it's going to my collection.

I placed an order on 25th July and I am still waiting for my order to arrive. I have emailed the company three times and requested a refund, I have had no reply. There is no phone number available. Do NOT order from this website.

I ordered a kit from this website over a month ago, the tracking number they have sent me does not work and they do not respond to emails. I have a postage bill to pay as the sender did not pay for postage even though i've paid for this. Money wasted and i'm just hoping I will receive a kit at all. Disappointed and I wish I had used a different company. I will not be using these again.

This place is a scam, tracking emails don’t work, still waiting on an order from weeks ago. Avoid using this site, there’s plenty of trustworthy ones out there

How do people get in touch with this company. I ordered for my son's Birthday on the 18th June, his Birthday is 29th still not been dispatched and they aren't answering any emails.

Jumbo box - 3 shirts, just one fullfil my initial requirements.
The shirts are good but they don't fulfilled my requirements. I said shirts from many countries and from the 21/22 season, they sent me a shirt from Valencia FC away kit from the 20/21 season. I said puma, adidas, new balance or nike, they sent me an Hummel away kit from Everton FC. I have a shirt from hummel and this type of mesh gains smell with the use. That smell doesn't go away with the washes.

Terrible company to deal with! Still waiting for a shirt that I ordered for my son on December 10th. Told me they shipped it on Dec 30th. Have since sent numerous emails, social media messages etc and they have not replied at all! Have also requested a refund and still nothing! Do not use them!!!!

Absolutely awful. They do not respond to your enquiries or give you any sort of confirmation at all. I paid extra for the premium shipping which is allegedly meant to take 5-7 days and here I am 2 weeks later and have heard nothing so that’s great.

Shirt arrived in time for Xmas no issues. It didn’t fit, checked website, they offer one free size exchange, but no details as to how you do this.

Emailing and tweeting almost daily since and only one reply asking for my order number and what strip, nothing in response to that.

In short, appears great if the shirt fits, if not I’m thinking I’ve wasted £40 now. Shame really as it’s a pretty clever idea for presents but I’ll not be using again.

Horrible, horrible customer service. They do not respond whatsoever. I am international and it took then a week and a half to dispatch. I was concerned the package would never arrive so I made contact but had no response.

Kits were average. Was happy with FC Porto away but Koln and Sheffield Utd are well below standard and unexciting.

Firstly and perhaps the most important thing is that my son was very happy with his shirt and it fell within the criteria I had requested. The only issue I had was the delivery time which from order day to delivery was 21 days and the communication could have been better with updates. In summary it is not a scam and they do deliver just don’t expect it in a short timescale in December

I ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas and it arrived yesterday and I’m so pleased with it! I was concerned it wouldn’t arrive in time - given the issues with delivery at this time of year - but I’m so happy that it’s arrived in time for Christmas. Great service and delivery!

Delivered within the times stated on their website which was great considering the busy period!

Can't wait for my boys to open their shirts on xmas!

Wouldn’t order off this site again, placed an order with express delivery, only email I received was confirmation. Still haven’t received my order a week later. Emailed them to see what was going on with my order and still no reply. Even messaged on social media and have had no response. Absolute shambles clearly some sort of scam
