Never disappointed ordering from here, a great way to add to your football shirt collection. Definitely recommend

Without Prejudice: They didn’t send my item so i contacted my bank - after i received a refund they sent the item and charged back at a higher price. This place is a scam and very willing to take your money in even unethical ways. Just go to Classic Football Shirts and buy a unique shirt there - they at least won’t scam you.

In regards to their comment: the bank sided with me upon discovering the company posted the parcel AFTER chargeback was requested and initiated… i received my money in full whilst this company emailed me with legal action due to a negative review. Thanks for the negative experience and great learning moment.

Never received product or refund. No response to my emails. $320 down the drain for my husband birthday and nothing to show for it!

I encourage everyone to read all these negative reviews before even considering an order with this company. I ordered 2 x shirts for my Son's birthday in June (4 MONTHS AGO!) No email reply and a tracking number from 2 months ago stating Royal Mail is waiting on the sender. I am not going to let this go, I want my shirts or my money back.

This company is a scam. The company has already been dissolved, so do not buy from this website. They won't send your item and they will block your email when you send them an email. They have fake followers in Instagram and they deleted comments. relevant, euro, ever, container, ever, what a Day...

ordered tops on 10th sept received tracking details on 19th Sept 5 working days later post office still waiting on package according to website 5 emails later no reply ie when they post office can expect to receive and still no reply does anyone actually work here

Not received. No responses to emails. Fake tracking advice provided. No responses to Instagram messages. Scam.

Jeg har bestilt et kombokit med tre trøjer i. På hjemmesiden står der at en forventet leveringstid er Ca 20 dage, nu er det 25 dage siden, jeg har stadigvæk ikke fået en bekræftelse eller hørt noget fra firmaet. Jeg har kontaktet dem 2 gange via mail, hvor de heller ikke svarer.

After ordering my item I had 1 email to confirm my purchase, which was an automated response. No reply to any of my 4 additional emails. No tracking information sent to see when to expect my order. This company has a serious communication problem. The lack of any response to customers concerns or enquiries leads me to conclude that they do not care one bit about you as a customer and when you order you are just a number and $ to them.
I can't even comment on the quality of the item ordered as I have still not received it (ordered 22nd May). That was nearly one and a half months ago.
Needless to say, I won't be ordering from this company again. I would advise against others doing so also.

Ordered 2 months ago. No update, no communication, I’ve reached out several times and they ignored me

I eventually received the jersey. It was very nice and high quality but I’m still not happy with all of the lack of communication.

Ordered a mystery box football kit on 2. of March and got it on the 16. of April. I have wrote many emails about my order and got 0 responses. I would have reviewed it with 1 star but when the mystery box finally came, i got Leeds united kit which is absolutely beautiful so at least the kit is amazing. I wouldn’t order from the company again but I am very happy with the kit i received.

Bought one for my mate for his birthday. Avoided everything I asked them to and came on time 1 day after I got the tracking through.

On my third order now. Class every time and always met what I've asked to avoid. Bought for myself and as a gift and been great each time.

Always arrived within the delivery time they advertise so can't complain!

Got one for my son’s birthday! He loved it.

Returned my top for an exchange due to the small size however it's been a 3 weeks, and still no received a new top or respond to the 5 emails I've sent chasing them for it.

made an order in august and another in November only to receive a duplicate kit...they will not return any emails or messages

We ordered a top for my son for Xmas. We ordered a 11-12 years but received a 9-10 years so was too small! I have emailed twice to confirm the best way to exchange this top and have sent it back as instructed by the website for an exchange. Haven't had acknowledgement of either the email or return. Very disappointing customer service.

Horrendous company.

So not order go to any other. No customer service. No way to cancel apart from having to cancel your cards.
