This is a scam. £0.11 p taken from account and a few days later £29.88. The website provides no service whatsoever. No email correspondence and no answer on their customer service line.
No way of cancelling the monthly fee.

This people will take 36£ from your account EVERY MONTH whether if you ticked or unticked the box while looking for a loan. It is so disgusting I don't even have words. It's been going on from 3 months for me now, been trying to contact them uncountable times via email (no answer as yet) and phone (no one even bothers to pick up!!), even changed my debit card but money keeps getting charged from my account. I'm starting to get desperate
