I am being asked to spend £27 for their mistake and send to China!
Don't buy anything from here!

Do not buy from Mysa London.It is a scam company.
Bad Experience.
I would give zero stars.
I had to contact my bank to report them and deal with a refund.Which they did.

Avoid this company at all costs! Their products look nothing like the images on their website, and when you ask for a return address they add extra steps because the address is in CHINA and YOU have to cover all the shipping costs.

I would not even give a star the dress I bought is nothing like described it is a very horrible pale colour dress very poor quality and doesn’t match description on web site I tried reaching out but they cannot be trusted to buy from and refused to share the return address as the item did not come with a return slip. Most of my emails have not been sent as it states recipient mail box is full. Guys please don’t shop here as you will be very disappointed and you won’t get your money back I cannot even return the dress as they refused to send me a postal address for my return.

A garment I took to be wool because it had bern cleverly engineered to look like wool in the photo, and was priced as for wool turned out to be a sweatshirt of some sort with a printed rather than knitted pattern . I am very disappointed that I didn't read reviews first

I mean zero stars. terribe product.... ordered the "SmartMop – Automatic Robot Mop for Cleaning "
it does NOT mop!!!!! no place for water to come from undereath to hit the floor . only a tiny place to put water so it can spray out of the top as a "diffuser"!!!!! pointless. . it also just bangs into everything and gets stuck. DO NOT BUY THIS. scammed!!!! terrible customer service.

Purchased a mans tee shirt - material is pure rubbish and pieces of yarn handing from it.
Took over a month to get here from China. To get a refund have to send to back to China at my cost. If lost in post, they will take no responsibility.

Please DO NOT purchase from this company, the goods you will receive will look noting like the images used ot advertise and they will not give you a refund. That is even if you are lucky enough to be able to contact them as I have only been getting "Mailbox Full" bounceback replies when I complained about them not giving me a refund. Absolute SCAM!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering - this company is a disgrace and should be avoided at all costs. They ask for a video of the item and when sent start to ignore emails. I am not sure if I will ever get to return the item. Quality is shocking as are the sizes. AVOID!!!

Wish I had also seen these reviews, extremely poor quality product, does not resemble what was advertised, unable to find out how to return for refund, policy very vague no clear process, although based on reviews probably not worth wasting my time.

Do not buy anything from this company. The goods are very poor quality and there is no returns policy within this country.
They offered me to keep the item for €9.90 as they have no warehouse in London, but if you read other people's reports, you never get any money back, and they give you an address in China to send the item back at your own expense, no labels, phoney contact number etc.

I was just about to place an order and by chance came across trust pilot review and saved myself from the stress of being a scam victim. So just wanted to say thanks to trust pilot and everyone keep away from Mysa London

Coat arrived this morning....nothing like the size that was ordered...went to find site to return....it's no longer on the web....bugger's

Ordered a coat which took over 10 days to come. When the coat arrived it looked and felt like some cheap quality piece of clothing.
Tried emailing them few times no response, tried calling but it wouldn’t connect.
Please stay away from this website and DO NOT ORDER!!!

Ordered a trench coat on 27 January and still hasn’t arrived even though, there’s no contact or customer service available either!!!!
The tracking number went unavailable as well! No email after the order confirmation!!!

Never order from here!

Scam. Avoid. Fake goods; not the product shown in the picture; not soft cotton but polyester. An inferior product not even similar. No satisfactory returns offer. They ask to send more money and keep the product or return to China. They are not a UK company. I would not give 1 star.

This company is to be avoided at all costs. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They impersonate as a reputable London company but they are scammers. The goods, coming from China, not London or the Netherlands, are sub standard, are of poor quality and delivered in cheap packaging materials. In my case, screwed up in a plastic bag.
It is impossible to secure information from these scammers regarding any order you may place. There is no telephone number for them and if you do get an email response, all they will keep telling you is what their delivery and tracking process is. You will not get a response to emails from the same person twice.
Five different females (Sophie, Saskia, Anna, Julia and Fleur) responded to my emails.
When I emailed them within 4 hours of receiving my order to report receiving poor quality goods that did not match the description on their website or fit, that were going to be returned for a refund, their website had been taken down and the only message I got was - This store is unavailable.
Considering the high number of complaints regarding the unethical trading practices of this company, they need to be closed down officially !
If you have been subjected to a scam by them you may still be able to recover your money from your bank. UK banks are required to refund most victims of authorised push payments (APP) with mandatory reimbursement of up to £85,000 for victims of scams.
In addition ensure you report Mysa London to Report Fraud (used to be called Action Fraud). I did

Sadly I’ve had the same experience as everyone else. Ordered a dress that took 13 days to arrive and was cheap and badly sized crap. Sent an email to enquire about returning and was told to send photos before they’d give me returns address. I duly did this and received no further response to emails or texts. Finally got my money back via my bank and I would advise anyone else to do the same. The website apparently no longer exists so I’m guessing they’ve taken the money and run.
