Bracelt was far too small for a man. More like a child's. I requested a return several times (as advertised on their website) and they totally ignored me. AVOID this company.

item came it was like a cheap rag .... I sent back to them displeased for sending out rags as dresses - posted back 03.01.2026 - still waiting for refund . You have to send back to China no mention of this when you buy - avoid buying ANYTHING !

ordered pair of mens shoestried to cancel and told to late but order was not packed for deliverey and then told coming from China when eventually arrived workmanship was very poor and asked for refund sent photoson three occassions and eventually told i could not return unless i paid full amount of postage to china or else they offered 30%of payment and iwanted full amount no more responce from them e-mails not delivered as their box full DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

You are covered with your credit card but that’s not the point it’s the stress and hassle they cause.

They do not offer refunds and are scammers. The clothes are nothing like on the website and it should be illegal that their site is even still up

I had exactly the same experience as most of the reviewers on here. Poor quality, linen garments that were 95% polyamide when they arrived. Poor communication etc. However I GOT MY MONEY BACK !!!
I raised it as a dispute with my credit card provider. - ( John Lewis / New Day / Mastercard ) I had to submit evidence eg e mails ,photos etc then my claim was upheld and referred it back to Mysa who gave me a full refund immediately.
Everyone should do this then this rogue firm, masquerading as a Uk company may start to provide decent quality items.

This is a scam. They ignore emails and provide clothing of extremely poor quality. I wish I had seen the reviews here beforehand. Do not buy!

I thought i was buying something from a shop in London, as were most customers! it is so misleading! When i saw in a notification that my item was dispatched from China i emailed the company to express my shock and oncerns that if the item did not fit it would be impossible to return it, but i was reassured that i could return it to a UK address for a refund if the item did not fit. Sure enough, the item did not fit and i was refused a refund but if i spent another £9 on postage i could receive a different size ! When i tried to communicate with the company to resolve, i was just totally ignored after sending several emails. You will find that prior to purchase you get an answer really promptly, within 5 minutes, but after purchase if you have any problem you are just ignored, Diabolical and misleading, this company has nothing in London, avoid at all cost, buy from known reputable UK retailers where you know you can get a refund or replacement.

My dad ordered some clothes from here, I wish I had asked him where from first as the site is clearly a drop shipping scam. As I expected when the items arrived, they were poor cheap quality and looked nothing like the pictures.

Do not use this Company. There is no indication on the website that it is not a London based company, the clothes arrived with no tags and appalling quality. I have tried to contact several times to return with no success. In all my years of buying online, I have never had an experience such as this.

COMPLETE CON - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CO. Like others I thought this company was London based - in fact they are based in China. I ordered two dresses (with intention of retiring the one that didn't fit). Took 6 weeks otherwise arrived!! Poor quality. Asked to return item - was required to take photos of it to prove it was not worn + in order otherwise get return address. Sent the photos but their mail box was 'full'. Phone number does not work. I am stuck with no refund and no address to return items to. WHY ARE THESE CONS ARTISTS NOT CAUGHT and ARE ABLE TO TRADE.

This company is a scam, goods provided are not in line with the online description. DO NOT USE. Overpriced for what you actually receive

Do not purchase from this scam company which is nothing to do with London. Registered in Netherlands but has a returns address if an individual in China. Ordered the wrong colour pumps in size 6 emailed to cancel and ordered in White. There’s is no sizing in the white pumps they are more like a 5 the black ones which I was charged for have never arrived. Phone number doesn’t work No one replies to emails so they here is no way of sending them back. Contacted my bank to do a transaction dispute/chargeback for both pars and I will report to trading standards

AVOID - ITS A SCAM This company is not in London, the item you get will look and be nothing like the item you have purchased. You will wait weeks for total disappointment. I ordered and paid £45 for anti slip trainers for work, they are described as ergonomic. They are a disgrace. Even the lowest priced shoe shops would produce better. They feel like they are made from polystyrene? Certainly not fit for use. The sole is completely flat and I mean flat, the trainer is almost a square shape. Please avoid.

FRAUD ALERT! Do not use this company. I paid nearly £200 for poor quality dresses and when I’ve gone to turn them the phone number is fake and they don’t respond to email. I have reported it to my bank and reported them to action fraud

I ordered the item and for a certain date, the item was not delivered on the said date, I tried to contact the company on numerous occasions but no reply and at times the “mail box was full” the item arrived when I was overseas but a week later when I opened the item I was really appalled the material was cheap (and that is being nice) and see through, no sizing and washing labels were attached to the item , I did not try the item on as it looked really tiny child sized more like and I had ordered a uk 14 (I like those type of dresses loose) when I finally had a reply about returning my item (after 20 emails) I received instructions to send it to a gentleman in China, I had to pay for tracked postage as well, it cost the same to send the item back as it did for the price of the dress so I have kept the item and will show it to anyone who is thinking of buying from this company…I would think twice before doing so if I were you.

The 1 Star is generous! The customer service is appalling! And if you dont like the response they just dont reply! Jacket @£45 is like a shirt its that thin! If i want to return its to be sent to China recorded delivery at my expense??? How this company is still trading is beyond wild ! So many people are being scammed here .

I am rather disappointed, more than 4 weeks order that should have been delivered in 3-5 days. No luck yet.
