Having checked our records, your order was placed on Sunday 31 May and dispatched promptly on Monday 1 June using the Standard Delivery service selected at checkout. The estimated delivery timeframe for this service is 3–5 working days.

Prior to this review, we did not receive any email or enquiry regarding the order, so unfortunately we were unaware there may have been a delivery issue and had no opportunity to investigate or assist.

We take customer service very seriously and would welcome the chance to look into this for you. We have dropped you an email with your order details so we can investigate with the delivery provider and work towards a resolution.

As a small independent business, we genuinely value every customer and always aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

I made an order Order 41381. I didn’t receive it I sent them emails but they slow to reply back .They finally replied and said I could have s refund but as of yet I’ve not received it and still waiting

Ordered expedited and no dispatch

Ordered on the 4th December, 24hr delivery as needed urgently.
It is now the 9th and had no communication since the order confirmation. No tracking details.
Very frustrating as would have got something else from the high street if the delay was expected
Edit: Revised to 3 stars as refund was received, along with the delayed parcel - although had already purchased all the items from high street retailers by this time

Awful delivery time and awful communication

Ordered on 25/10/25 with 24hr delivery and didn’t receive my parcel till 03/11/25. Emailed multiple times with no response for 4 days, only to say it had been lost at Royal Mail even though I’d never even received a dispatched email, low and behold just an hour after I eventually got a reply, I then happened to get a dispatched email. Obviously hadn’t been sent in the first place. Would not recommend at all.

Hi Brodie, Thank you for your comments. We received your order on Sat 25th Oct and it was shipped Mon 27th via RM24. ETA was 28th. We responded to your emails. On 29th we apologies via email for RM delay and investigated further. The dispatch email you received was us re sending your item once we established RM lost your item (which you received successfully). Hope this clarifies the delay. Fab so far

Ordered from Amazon but really impressed with the nasal inhalation stick! Definitely will order from their store next time to make sure they get more money. I was finding morning (day!) sickness almost unbearable as I really don’t like the taste of ginger so it didn’t feel like I had many options. I wanted to have anti-nausea medication as a last resort so thought I would try this and so glad I did. I use it 1-2 times/hour on top of small meals every 2h or so and so far it seems to be working!
4 star as I’ve only had for a day so can’t comment long-term yet

Very pleased every time with my…

Very pleased every time with my purchase, always get a discount and I always keep coming back for more. Discovered this brand while I was pregnant for their raspberry labour tea, then switched to postpartum and now to milk flow. For each stage I really found them very helpful, loved the taste, the fact they are organic. Nothing else on the market to replace them so I will repurchase for a long while

Dissppointing

Unfortunately, a week after I ordered my purchase has nit yet arrived. I emailed and basically Royal Mail was blamed despite the fact my order on Myrtle and Maude website said they were still preparing my order. Very disappointing as the order was a gift for a pregnant lady suffering with morning sickness.

Thank you for your feedback and we’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how important this order was for you and your daughter.

Just to clarify for transparency:

Your order was placed Friday 25th after our 1:30 pm cut-off, so it was dispatched on the next working day, Monday 28th, via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked service.

Unfortunately, Royal Mail experienced a delay in delivery, and the parcel arrived on Friday 1st, (2 days late) which is outside the usual timeframe.

The order status page on our website did not update correctly, and we apologise for the confusion this caused.

We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and are clear on our website that:
"Royal Mail 24 & 48 are an 'aim to deliver' in 24/48 hours, however this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail (average delivery time 1–2 working days). ETA's are from time of dispatch, not from the time of ordering."

We responded to your emails promptly to keep you fully informed the whole time. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance.

Lovely product

Lovely product, bought as a gift for a mum-to-be as I was gifted the morning sickness tea from a friend and loved it.

I ordered 5 days ago on 48hr delivery service. For a company selling items for morning sickness which is a horrible experience for my wife, you would think they would be more prompt with their deliveries. I see now that I am not the only one who has this issue.

We received your order 7.22pm Thurs 26th and can confirm it was shipped Friday 27th via selected RM48 service. ETA should be today - apologies if not arrived yet. Unfortunately RM do not guarantee these time frames as per;

Awful experience - do not purchase from this company

Ordered the Morning Sickness Acupressure Wristbands for me over a month ago. I paid €11.95 for delivery as I am in Ireland. They still haven't arrived! Myrtle & Maude have basically said that I now need to pay €7 for import charges even though I paid €11.95 for international delivery. Absolute disgrace - feels like they are taking advantage of me as I am a pregnant woman suffering from severe morning sickness and have no other option but to pay the import charges for material wrist bands. They are also refusing to refund my order. Avoid at all costs! If I could have given 0 stars, I would have.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify a few important points regarding your order. Our international shipping costs are fully transparent and reflect the actual courier charges - the €11.95 you paid covers shipping for small parcel from UK to Ireland, not customs duties. These are two separate charges entirely. The €7 customs fee is imposed by Irish customs authorities, not by us. This is standard for international orders and is the responsibility of the recipient and communicated in our email communication dated 12th Mat 2025 with tracking details. (We have not received a response to this email with your instruction/ feedback)
Regarding refunds - we have never refused to refund your order. Our standard process is that if a parcel is not collected from customs, it will be automatically returned to us, at which point we issue a refund.
We understand international shipping can be confusing, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused by the customs process, which is unfortunately beyond our control. However, we want to clarify that we have been transparent about costs and have not attempted to deceive you or take advantage of your situation.
If you'd prefer not to pay the customs charge, simply leave the parcel uncollected and it will be returned to us for a full refund as per our standard process.

Never received package and no response from the company

I ordered March 5th, never got any tracking that actually worked and I’ve emailed them with no response. The tracking now just says mark order as delivered, so I assume it won’t be coming. I’ve asked for a refund and again, no response. I thought I was getting such a lovely gift for my friend, now I don’t, and I have paid for something that I didn’t receive.

Editing to reply to vendor - I’ve already replied to your email. There was no remedy, it was just advised you were looking into the shipping. It’s taken too long at this stage and a reply to any of my emails at the time woild have been appreciated.

My order never arrived

My order never arrived, and I emailed 3 times, once through website and twice with email given in initial message order but received no response. The tracking number they shared with me didn't exist. This was the end of Feb and almost 3 weeks have passed and no contact with them, and no order.

Hi Cari, Sorry to hear this. I can confirm we emailed you new tracking ID after you amended your address. Please check emails this morning as we resent (Check your junk folders). The new tracking ID states there was two failed delivery on 22nd & 24th Feb.
RM Note; "Sorry, we tried to deliver your parcel on 24-02-2025 but there didn't seem to be anyone in. To book a redelivery, please choose an option below."
Please arrange redelivery or collect from local RM Depot where your order is being held. Hope this helps, Best wishes. Julia

Quick to take money but 6 days on and no products even though I opted for 24hr delivery.…

Chose this website for items I needed quick for a suffering friend, chose the 24 hr delivery to ensure I got them quick. Now 6 days on and no delivery, chased them twice and they waffled on about the tracking number being available soon? Surely the 24hr service should provide a tracking number immediately?Any way , still no items, never use again. Take your money and fail to deliver as promised!
