10/10 would swap to MyRepublic again

Whenever I need to talk to them (which isn't often) I never get a runaround. When they say something will happen it happens. Had an issue between my house and the node, they logged a request and it was sorted quickly.

best internet

Had no surprise extra payments, have contacted me to check that everything is working fine. MyRepublic really do make sure you are happy and have no problems, they have been great.

Order was very quick to finish. Speeds are far better than another ISP, and they were happy to price match. Good experience.

Long-time positive, one small issue

I have had great experience over the past three years, however was a little disappointed when customer service told me I was not able to get a higher speed (250 plus) when another provider has advised me I could.
Ultimately great consistent speed and little down time.

Some improvement regarding internet outages wouldn't go astray.

Generally the service has been OK, except for some late night outages. Thankfully there have only been a few of these.

I have been with MyRepublic since years.

I have been with MyRepublic since 2 years ago, they were easy to communicate with and my internet was working quickly, then I moved house and my internet went on in a day. I have no hesitation to recommend MyRepublic.

MyRepublic rocks !

so far I had 99.90% availability, for the 0.10% remaining it was mostly during night time. As I work from Home having a stable and fast connection is important !
