Thoroughly recommend MyPure
MyPure have a good range of products and brands and are competitively priced. They are always very quick to despatch. Please allow us to choose Royal Mail for delivery rather than Evri, without paying extra, as Evri are useless in my area.

Genuine natural & organic products
I enjoy knowing that I am purchasing and using good quality organic products which have organic certification which gives reassurance that products are genuinely organic and have high level of ingredients which are organic and where ingredients are not organic they are natural at the very least. Wonderful to have wide range of natural and organic products on one website. Website is user-friendly for a straight forward shopping experience. Haven't tried a product yet that I haven't liked.

Slow delivery
If you need the items delivered fast – order elsewhere.
Ordered on Sunday and paid extra for a 2 day delivery. Order was dispatched on Monday, yet no further updates received by Friday.
'Hopefully it turns up over the weekend' said customer service.
If there is a backlog for any reason, I feel it would only be fair to note it on the website instead of letting customers pay extra and give them a false hope of a 'speedy delivery'.

We're sorry that your parcel was delayed by the postal workers' strike at Royal Mail. Royal Mail have been on strike 3 days in October and this has caused a backlog in parcel delivery. We use EVRI & Royal Mail to deliver parcels and you can choose your preferred delivery method at the checkout.
