Lovely company to shop with. They stock my favourite go to brands at great prices. Customer service is great, they are not always the fastest at delivering, but I like the fact every time I order I’m supporting a small business run by real people. I love their inner circle scheme. Absolutely love them and highly recommend.

I ordered some Dermalogica products from Pure Beauty. They arrived quickly and were well packaged with mainly recyclable packaging. I know the products well but was pleased to receive a gift of exfoliation products and mitt, something I had been thinking about trying.

The product I purchased from Pure Beauty caused my face, chest and neck to break out in hives. It caused extreme irritation, itchiness and redness.

Further, when I attempted multiple times to contact them via email and phone, there was no reply.

Do not trust this service. I regret doing business with them.

First time ordering from Pure Beauty. Bought Elemis shampoo and conditioner. They were competitively priced with a discount offer. Efficient delivery and well packaged. I’d definitely use Pure Beauty again.

I’ve been ordering Dermalogica products from Pure Beauty for a number of years now and always find them to be competitively priced and items delivered promptly.

I recently placed an order with Pure Beauty and unfortunately one of the items was missing when it arrived. When I contacted customer service, the only “solution” offered was a photo of the item supposedly being packed — which doesn’t really help when the issue is that it never made it to me.

It’s quite clear the item was lost in transit, especially considering the packaging used wasn’t suitable for the weight of the order. On top of that, the overall handling of the situation was incredibly unhelpful. I’m not sure what more I could have provided to prove that the item didn’t arrive.

The lack of accountability and support from customer service has been really disappointing — genuinely a 0/10 experience in that regard.

To be fair, the products that did arrive were good, and the prices are reasonable. However, good products aren’t enough to make up for poor service. I won’t be shopping here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend them. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere in future.

I've just started using Pure Beauty and i think its a great company , fantastic discounts, very affordable, great packing and I've juat orderd my second item ,I'm reallly happy with my first order i use Medik8 and there products are wonderful and they are not cheap but with the discount it really helped and there products makes your skin feel smooth.ill continue using pure beauty , very happy with everything 😁❤

I have been a customer of Pure Beauty for many years. I find them consistently good for prices, customer service and quick delivery. Packaging is minimal which I appreciate and the little samples you can have with each order are great for trying products before buying the full sized item. I do their reward scheme too and this gives you a little extra discount after a few purchases. Would definitely recommend.
