Order never arrives, they will use delay tactics and say the item is on it's way etc, but after 3 months of waiting I have given up and will be charging back on my credit card.

Like many others here I received an email saying it would take longer to deliver. Emails to them are returned undeliverable. 2 months in my only option is chargeback through my bank.

Ordered items in September. Tracking info arrived but items have never even been shown as collected. Contacted them and it went to a gmail account which immediately set alarm bells. They said there were delays in manufacturing due to a faulty part. I chased twice more then requested a refund and have been told as it’s in transit a refund can’t be processed I would need to refuse delivery and then refund would be issued. I’ve now reported it to my credit card company to try and get my money back

SCAM WARNING

They claim month after month there is delays when you try to reach out to see where the product is! Months later, still no product. They refuse to refund and state that the order is being packed and can return for refund but then still doesn't ever arrive. Customer service team doesn't address the issues and just refuses to refund and tells you to keep waiting for something that never arrives. Please don't order!

SCAM. If I could give zero stars, I would. My partner ordered one of their cardboard cutters for our sons birthday months ago. It was a trusted advertisement on Instagram. After not receiving the item and having no communication from them, he emailed asking for an update. They sent an email saying due to high demand, orders were taking longer than usual to dispatch. Weeks and weeks down the line, still nothing. No response to further emails. Will look to get our money back through the bank as others have reported they will not cancel the order or refund. Such a shame and such awful people to do this.

SCAMMERS! I was served this company on Instagram ads and paid £40 for a birthday set for my son. They deleted their account and never sent anything or provided tracking information. Utter bastards. Please don't order anything from them they are criminals.

SCAM. Automatic email reply saying that they “take a long time” due to “high demand.”

Never received product! Reached out several times to the company; got a couple of responses saying they were experiencing production problems, then they went silent.

This is a scam. The payment is set up to recur monthly, there is no mention of a subscription on the website or during the check out process. Website says item takes 8-10 weeks to despatch. Tried to cancel order, got a generic email back saying they couldn’t advise when despatch would be due to high demand. Did not acknowledge cancellation instruction. Now have to wait 10 weeks to dispute with bank to get refund. Have stopped the recurring payment via bank.

Unfortunately I fell victim to instagram advertising and fake reviews and ordered the fort building set for my kids. When I ordered it said it shipped from the US in 8-10 business days. After emailing to check the status of my order, they said there were delays and it would take 2-3 months for my item to arrive. I have emailed customer service several times with no reply. Please steer clear of this company- I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering as I would have never ordered if I’d seen these reviews 🙈

My experience is the same as everyone else's. After a month of nothing happening, I checked the tracking, and the package had not been picked up by the carrier. I contacted them. Requested a status. They gave me the run-around that they are really busy. I asked for a refund. They refused to cancel my order, telling me that they were preparing the package. Ultimately, I had to call my credit card company to request a refund.

If we can give them ZERO stars then that would be great. This site is a scam. As many of the reviews I just found on here, they indeed just take your money and disappear. We ordered back in September 9th it is now November 7th. Still no product. I have filed a dispute with my bank.

It's a scam! I ordered 2 months ago - still no product. I asked for refund of my 43.90€. Support is non-existant. Silent on my emails. I will send a complain to my bank. Hopefully I will get my money back.

This company is a scam. Unfortunately, I didn't do a simple Google search before purchasing. They take your money. Send you an email saying item shipped out and then NOTHING. I never received my item and when I requested help from the company, I got zero response. I needed to get reimbursed from my credit card company in order to recoup the loss.

They took my money, said it would take longer than expected to deliver. I tried to cancel and get a refund. They just sent more excuses. I raised a dispute through my credit card company who immediately refunded my money.

I'd avoid this company.
