Horrible customer service
I signed up for this service in May so I could get help with my resumè.
They did a great job with my resumè.
The issue comes when I tried to cancel my subscription.
My first e-mail went out that same month requesting for my subscription to be canceled.
I received an e-mail back. They told me my account couldn't be found so I had to give them a bunch of informatiom like, my account number, the cc I used, a copy of my cc statement and some other things.
I sent them some of the informatiom and never heard back so I assumed all was good.
Well, it wasn't. I sent them another e-mail, telling them once again I wanted to cancel.
Heard nothing from them.
Now, it is November 30, and they never refunded me and are still charging my account because I have no idea how to cancel my subscription.
So, I would NEVER recommend this site.
Basically they stole $120 dollars from me and I still have not figured out how to cancel my subscription
WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE
