This is a company that doesn't honor…
This is a company that doesn't honor your cancellation. They charged me out of the blue, one month after I cancelled my subscription and five months prior to the actual end date of said subscription. I confirmed the charge with my credit card company before calling this company, and the customer service rep completed avoided the issue, tried to sell me a continue subscription, and when I declined, chose to focus on whether I had received an email confirmation of my cancellation at a very specific date. I indeed located email confirmation for both cancellations, one from flex jobs.com and one from myperfectcoverletter.com, but they were not dated for the specific date he was looking for, and that's what the phone conversation devolved into. When I pushed back on its irrelevance to the original issue of an mischarge, he became combative. This company had done this once before, with the flex jobs account I opened, which is why I cancelled both subscriptions. The way they handle billing and customer service issues is a huge red flag. Stay away.

Also easy to make edits and reformat with many templates.
And I find the cost to be very inexpensive compared to other products. Well worth it, and takes so much stress out of the job application process.

Your failure to cancel…
Not ever took my request on three occasions that was not ever done. I was charged $23.95 times three for almost $100 for a one time use of $2.95 then I canceled a couple days later so I’m not further charged. I was billed continuously on 03/11, 04/08&05/06 of 2026 and I logged into your site each month to complain and ask why it was not cancelled for a refund from said charge(s) only for your site to continuously keep telling my submission was declined due to my network not connecting which is a farce. This issue of a connection failure occurred each time before my submitted information finally went thru which leave me to believe this is an intentional act to place people in a position to consistently be charged after a failed attempt at canceling service. Our money is not to give away but pay towards items bills and services which I only used once and your company refused to reflect on my decision to only be charged for the one time only for a billing of $2.95 for a cover letter. I’ve not been on your site again since and know your servers show this like my history on my pc’s browser history shows so refund my $23.95 X3. I have also recorded my phone call this evening as well as screen shotted this off my phone. Please advise…
