I was given a gift for one of the courses, the link demanded I entered my credit card details. This is not right for a gift. I sent an email but got no reply.
However after waiting for a few days the problem was sorted, I can now acess the link.

This company is brilliant. I was initially concerned that I couldn't access the course but Patrick sorted out right away and the communication has been excellent throughout. The course is great and so useful to pause and go back over steps at your own pace. I've made the oval basket having never weaved before so definitely fine for a beginner. It's a tad wonky but I'm looking forward to perfecting my skills on the next one. Thanks for all your help Patrick x

Absolutely a great product. Easy to follow instructions, which can be accessed anytime. Courses are difficult to find in my area, so this is ideal. Surplus willow which allows for mistakes or ability to make other items. Product and delivery great value for money. Before and after assistance 10/10.

Ordered on Sunday, two items that stated (and still state) shipped next business day. Its now Thursday, no delivery and the courier company have not received the parcel. The response from the company was that they had had a large number of orders recently, it is Christmas, what do they expect. If you can't fulfill your commitments, either recruit more for the busy periods, or be honest on your website with your shipping timescales.

I loved making the willow stars and they look great. The kit contained enough willow to make two stars and there was still some left over. I had to buy another set of lights but it was worth it.

We bought 4 basket kits and found this unbelievably difficult to make as a beginner. We endlessly watched and rewatched the videos, but found the oval baskets impossible and had to give up.

Enjoyed making the bird houses from the '2 for 1' offer i bought several months ago. The videos are fabulous quality and produced in such a way that it's almost like sitting in a friendly one-to-one weaving workshop! Guidance is great and any possible pitfalls have been thought of with hints and tips along the way. I tried to make the second bird house without the tutorial and also to find a way of enclosing the top to keep the inside drier. Mixed results with that one - a bit messier but it was fun to experiment and there's still plentry of willow in the kit for another small project

After my first purchase and having to wait in on four consecutive days for an item that they assured me would arrive on each of those days I decided to cut my losses and not order again. However, silly me, went and spent over £200 on more kits having been bitten by the weaving bug in a local class. Again huge problems with deliveries. Emails to seller just aren't the best way of sorting problems. They need a contact number as the courier (DX) that they use is equally un contactable. There were 3 parcels due and two arrived, later than the advised day and eventually the second arrived fully open and my soaking bag and bodkin awol. Now at the end of the day this company say what happens when parcels leave them is out of their control, BUT it is their choice of courier and they did admit they'd had problems with them lately. I advised that I would not be purchasing from them again so when I mentioned some sort of compensation for days tuck at home waiting for deliveries that do not turn up when advised...they offer a money off voucher for next purchase. Taking the mickey or what???? I have to say the videos look good but it leaves a bad taste in the mouth when you pay a substantial sum and receive such poor service all round - so I haven't even started on any of the projects yet.

My three grown up children bought me the oval basket kit for my 70th birthday. I do several crafts but had never done willow weaving before. They also bought 4 star kits for us all to do together. We had a wonderful day. In hindsight I should have started with the star kit. The oval basket was a challenge but I completed it over four sessions with Molly's wonderful online tutorials, and I really love my finished (albeit very slightly wonky!) basket. Molly is so easy to follow and covers everything you could possibly want to ask. I am looking forward to my next project, possibly the round shopping basket. Maybe some Christmas decorations first. The ordering and delivery have been faultless.

Made my first purchase and was offered a special deal. Made the purchase which was for three kits, but when they arrived there were only two in the packaging. When I emailed to ask them to send the missing one, I was told that there was an error and that I wasnt going to get the third kit that was part of the deal. Wasnt offered a refund, replacement or any gesture of goodwill for their mistake. So Im left with less than what I agreed to buy, even when I have all the documentation to show that I boought three kits. Very dissapointing for it to have happened to begin with, but even more dissapointed in their customer service in their unwillingness to fix something that is their error.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! I ordered the oval basket kit and it arrived very quickly. I had a couple of questions that were responded to quickly too. The course was easy to follow and well demonstrated throughout and I’m absolutely thrilled with my basket. I’ve had lots of compliments on it and people being amazed that I’ve made it myself!

The marking or a great company for me is
1. Having a great product - Myown2hands hit that mark for me. I received the fruit basket kit as a present; the video instructions were great and its easy to keep rewinding each tutorial as you go if you get a bit stuck. Given its a a video, the instructors are still really supportive and they add in little hints and tips as you go. I was really pleased with the basket I made although I'm hoping the next one will be a little less wonky! Its really given me the confidence and the appetite to do more.
2. Giving great customer service - I had a little trouble with the soaking of my willow - the team helped me via email and a couple of phone calls to sort things out and even issued me with a different batch that was easier to work with.
I would recommend myown2hands to anyone.

My first project was a plant support for the garden, after making quite a few and giving them away I wanted to make other things. After watching a few YT videos I felt I needed some in-depth lessons. I purchased the round basket kit and even though it turned out a bit 'un-round' I have persevered and am getting better. I have now bought the oval basket kit plus some willow only and keeping busy perfecting my skills. I can highly recommend buying a kit, the video is easy to follow and you get everything you need to start. I can honestly say it's highly addictive!

I purchased the plant support kit for a retirement project. When foxes made a hole in the soaking bag of willow a new bag was sent and I finally completed my project. The video instructions were great but the spiralling weave was a challenge and the project took four hours to complete. I was pleased with the result!

The tutorial was clear and easy to follow. There were plenty of resources with some willow left over which I was really chuffed with as I made a couple of star wands too! Now looking at which project I am going to do next 😊

The Willow Nesting Box course was excellent. The video was clear and extremely helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. So pleased with my bird box. Still cannot believe that I actually made it.

Loved my bird house basket weaving kit. A thoughtful birthday gift. I did the oval basket last year - thoroughly enjoyed and this shorter project didn’t disappoint!
Videos informative and also relaxing to watch.
Would highly recommend.

I absolutely adored making the willow bird feeder!
it was so fun, after I made a basket for my mum with the left over willow, she can collect her harvest from our allotment with it!

the instructions were brilliant and made me giggle in parts, felt down to earth and not robotic!
my mum has ordered the plant support so that's our next project.

bird feeder took me 2 days, 3/4 hours per day that i had spare, it is now my wellbeing past time, so therapeutic!

My friend and I had never weaved before, let alone with willow. The kit had everything we needed, and the videos were excellent. We had a brilliant time creating something that we can use and enjoy for years to come.

Wonderful videos. I was making the willow plant support. Equipment arrived promptly. I did run out of willow but that was very easily remedied. A quick email and I had a fresh supply the following day. Excellent customer service.
