It's a fantastic bike, and I'm quite pleased with it. It has a solid and comfy feel about it. The battery, gears, and cogs all appear to be of excellent condition.
The service and the bike were both excellent. It's just what I was looking for: a solid bike with high-quality components.

Russell was very accomodating when looking for a E bike including the test ride and once I placed the order the bike was delivered within the week, one very happy rider.

I purchased the bike on the back of the good reviews. I wasn't disappointed. The bike was despatched the same day and the order and was promptly delivered. When further information was required my enquiry was dealt with the same day.
Time will tell but so far the bike meets all my expectations.

Hi , I think the bike lacks a spot for a drink bottle and a rear vision moirror also for a mini bike pump , also no tool kit to sit under the seat . None of of these were offered !!!
Also not told about how often to service bike or where , seems that u are just chasing sales . ????

Plus Mike the rep from Brisbane helped me out a lot with a test ride before buy, and came over to help me have it all set up after the bike arrived. Very happy with this company's service and quality of bike. Good value.

The service I received from Mike was above standard. He went out of his way to help with everything from test ride through to delivery and putting the bike together. Very impressed with the service and the bike. It is exactly what I was after - a good sturdy bike with great components.

My purchase experience was very good. Luke promptly answered any queries and an explanation of fulfilment delays was most appreciated. The bikes have not yet arrived but I’m sure all will be well based on my experience to date

The first point to make is the Onebike duel suspension mountain ebike is clearly good value for money. I paid just under $$3800 for mine and it was considerably cheaper than practically everything else in the same class, some of which were literally double the price.
I've had it for a month now so, is the bike good or bad?
LIKED: The overall build quality is good including stainless steel spokes in 27.5 wheels and hydraulic disc brakes. Comfortable padded saddle with neat battery-powered rear light. All the vital components are mid range quality and the 36 volt Bafang mid-mounted motor on mine is software tweaked from 250w to a supposedly 350 watts. I ordered the upgrade 500watt battery and it is valuable for extending trip distance between charges. The Shimano gears shift easily and accurately. The biggest plus is the suspension which is brilliant. You feel comfortable and confident on rough ground like bush trails, fantastic.
DISLIKED: The owner's operating manual is woeful. It doesn't show any useful info and much of it appears to be for different versions of the product showing procedures on the controller which don't work using buttons that don't exist. I still do not know how to reset the trip counter and I am waiting for a reply to my request for info on same from Onebike.
The steering is too light, to the point of making the bike a touch unstable but I have got used to it (but still notice it). The 'ignition' key looks very business-like but has nothing to do with powering up the bike. Anybody can power it up providing the battery has charge in it. The key only releases the battery from the frame. Also, I am not impressed with the method and amount of motor input to pedal assist. I'm 79 and really need this function. I find there isn't much help from the unit in anything under the maximum 5 setting whereas on my $400 Fortis folding ebike it works perfectly well on 1. Bit odd, that. The 5 setting on the Onebike appears to give me roughly the same pedal assistance as the Fortis on 1. I expected more.
Some of the dislikes may be fixable, but the bottom line is whether this is a good or bad buy. It's important to remember that most mountain ebikes makes come from micro size companies which means after sales service is an issue. So far, Onebike appears to handle this aspect well and being Australia based (Melbourne) is advantageous to the buyer. One curious observation is there is no Onebike review on Youtube that I could find.
Conclusion: You may have to do a bit of tweaking, but essentially this is a genuinely good value bike that will serve the rider well.

Excellent mountain bike. It would be nice to have a throttle as an added feature.

I have only placed an order at this stage, waiting for product to arrive in country, however my dealings with Russell so far have been good. Can't comment on anything else yet.

I bought a bike for my partner and I to ride around on as the weather gets better. Chris dropped them off at my house after they had been assembled and tuned the brakes the same week. Overall service from purchase to delivery & explaining how the bikes worked was first class. Took them for a spin this arvo around the streets and local park, couldn't be happier with it.

The staff at Myonebike were excellent to deal with, they were knowledgeable about their product and willing to answer any questions. Dealing from interstate was some concern but they were very responsive to address those concerns and went out of there way to ensure I was happy with my purchase.

I was able to test ride before buying. Chris and Luke were lovely and answered any questions I had, they even followed up a few weeks later to make sure I had no issues.

Their commuter bike is decent and feels reasonably well built. The extended battery has a huge range on it, even when pushing it and taking full advantage of the motor. The controls are intuitive and the lights and the cargo rack are great features.

I bought an Ebike from the guys at Onebike and I am very happy with my purchase, it is great fun to ride and very comfortable ..Came with all the features I was looking for in an Ebike and some I hadn't considered,not to mention the great price, well below retail, I would 100% recommend buying from them.

The buying process from One Bike was excellent. Chris came to me with a bike for a test drive and he answered all of my questions. Very friendly customer service. The bike itself looks great as it looks like a normal bike. Some of my coworkers didn't even notice it was an ebike. The motor is quite smooth and doesn't surprise you and it really helps with the hills I use to get to work. I have only been using the bike for a week but so far so good. I was a bit nervous when dealing with a small company but I do not regret it one bit. Chris is still helping when I have questions that have been coming up.
