Great asset

Ordered the skin exfoliate and given time delivery. Took longer and contacted them. Good response and recieved item within two weeks.
Love it, rechargeable, changeable heads and so much more precise than last one.
Be patient but product is great.

Not happy! Feel scammed

I ordered the Nuve foot file but received a cheap knock off version, unbranded, which looks to cost a fraction of the price of the Nuve from the likes of EBay and Amazon. I have contacted the company to complain and to request a refund. Not impressed!

If I could give zero stars I would! This company is a scam, ordered a couple of weeks ago and still no product! Absolutely disgusted.

They sent me the wrong size and don't respond

They sent me the wrong size. I've tried 2 times to email them to the support email they sent to me, and the email was bounced back. There's no other way to contact them. Incredibly frustrating.

Fit Guarantee Failure.

I'll do business with more reputable sellers in the future (Unbelievable!). I should have read the more than 100 one star reviews before buying. Got Cozi-flipflops 2+ weeks after ordering and sizes run small even though I ordered 1 size larger than my shoes. Customer service states that next size up is out of stock yet they can be purchased via their website. It cost me an additional $11.00 to return these after calling them out on this. Customer support was polite but useless in honoring their fit guarantee no cost exchange. So, after about a month, I'm "Politely"out $11 dollars after the return.

It seems that your experience with our company had been less than satisfactory. We understand that the Cozi Slides you received seem to be too small for you, even though you chose the size option that was one size larger than your typical size.

Additionally, when you reached out to us to have your product exchanged, you were not pleased to hear that your preferred size and color was not in stock.

Indeed, as a general rule, we offer free and easy exchanges to our customers, as long as they contact us within the specified timeframe, and their preferred size and color is available in stock.

As for returns, as per the Terms and Conditions which is publicly stated on our website, the costs are indeed shouldered by the customer. However, if this is not ideal, we also offer partial refunds.

Great customer Service I have purchased shoes on two separate…

I have purchased sneakers on two separate occasions (one black and one white). The shoes are comfortable, affordable and easy to put on and off. Both times I have been totally satisfied with the follow up customer service and response from Nuve shoes.

Reading the recent bad reviews I can only guess that management/staff in the company have changed from 2022.

This company is the worst

This company is the worst! I’ve ordered from them over a month now but I’ve received nothing! When I reached out by email (the only way to contact them) Mary told me my order was being processed at the warehouse. That was over 10 days ago. This company needs to be shut down! All I get is the run around! I’m going to request a refund and report them to the BBB. Don’t waste your time or money on this company.

Keine Kaufpreiserstattung trotz Rücksendung mit DHL

Lange auf den BH gewartet. Saß nicht, wollte ihn daher zurückschicken. Rücksendung im Oktober 2022 an eine Adresse in der Slowakei für 13,99 (!) Versandkosten. Seitdem nie wieder was gehört und auch keine Kaufpreiserstattung erhalten. Manchmal muss man eben Lehrgeld zahlen!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! After weeks from placing and paying for my order, I did not receive a shipping confirmation. After reaching out to the MyNuve, they said that nothing was shipped and they didn't have a time line for shipping. I requested to cancel my order. I was given a cancelation confirmation and was told that my refund will show in 5-10 days. Two days later I got a shipping confirmation from Australia saying my order was being processed. I contacted MyNuve in regards to that email and they said they didn't process the cancelation and my order was on its way. I told Michelle in customer service that I didn't want my order since I already bought the items I needed and no longer wanted the order. She told me it was too late to process the cancelation but I can enjoy the order I'm about to receive and she provided me with a tracking number. The tracking showed that the label was created but not shipped. I requested the order to be canceled again with Michelle. She purposely waited to respond to my request so that shipping can continue. She later responded that it was now too late but that I can enjoy the order and provided me yet again with tracking information that still showed my order pending and not processed. For a third time I requested the cancelation but Michelle responded with a different tracking information from a website that I was not provided with previously saying it was too late and she won't do anything else. I also asked about returning my order and I will be charged to do so. MyNuve has enough time to cancel my order but refused. They purposely did not cancel my order so they can charge me extra for their mistakes.
UPDATE: After all of this, I emailed to ask for a return (as instructed) and I was provided with a return label. The return label did not work and the box were returned to my address. When I emailed them back, there was no answer. I've been left with no response and no way to return it. I'm trying to make the best of this but I can't since nothing fits as it's not true to size. Their customer service is horrible and their products are worse. Don't waste your money or time.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. I was between these shoes and oncloud as I’m a nurse and my feet hurrtttt!! I decided to go with these shoes, 79.99 plus tax coming up to over 100$. I was told my shoes had been “returned to sender” although they never reached my address (after waiting nearly two months to receive them in the first place) after some conversation with customer service asking for a refund they promised to ship them out AGAIN “at no additional cost to you” geez thanks! I wasn’t planning on paying another single cent for these shoes that will likely never arrive. Since they denied me a refund I accepted them attempting to send them out AGAIN, I have been waiting an additional month at this point and my feet are killing me! I am so upset, do NOT CHOSE THIS COMPANY!! You won’t receive them and you won’t receive a refund! Go with a trusted company like I should have!
P.S I have never, ever had a delivery issue with any other company, ever! I can assure you, they never really arrived and were returned to sender.

I would give this no stars if I could

I would give this no stars if I could. I sent items back by registered post and it took 4 months for them to arrive. When the parcel arrive they refused to accept it and now it is being returned to me. I’m disgusted by the way they have treated me and tried to do everything not to give me my £99 refund. I’ve sent them proof of the postage and Marija who after 15 emails finally responded and promised my refund.
What do you have to do to get your money back with this company. I’ve never experienced anything like it.

November order still not resolved

I ordered two Baerskin hoodies in November 2022, received nothing. I tried to contact the manufacturer with no luck. I contacted Nuve and have had very limited response. One email in January 2022 said one of the hoodies has now shipped, yet the track order link provided links to nothing. In February, I asked to cancel the order, was told it would take 2-3 business days, but that was a month ago. Pretty sure I got scammed and will contact my bank to dispute the charges. Very disappointed in the whole experience!

TERRIBLE PURCHASE!!

These shoes are crap! Foot slides even with smaller pair and back arxh is so high tjat tou are never level! You always feel.like you are sliding forward. Never buy again and buyer beware!!!!! Terrible shoes!!! Big fat ZERO!

I can see here that you have already received assistance from our Customer Support agents, and you have already received your reshipment in another size - but it seems that the replacement sneakers still did not fit you comfortably.

Indeed, our Hypersoft Sneakers have 5cm heels to boost height. The soft heel bubble is also supposed to absorb shock while providing a stable walking surface on any terrain. However, we understand that everyone has different needs, and our product may not always be the best choice for everyone.
