Although I did not notice any significant changes while using the product, I was pleased with how quickly my refund was processed under the company’s 60-day refund policy. Kristel was very helpful and responded promptly to my emails, as well as issuing the refund without delay. While the product did not work as I had hoped, the gummies were tasty.

Jera went above and beyond to help me with my concerns. I was not happy to learn that most of the product came from China, when I did find this out after receiving a shipment directly from China, I reached out and JERA emailed me back-and-forth until we resolved the issue. I was able to return the product for a full refund and that made me happy. She’s a valuable employee, one that deserves praise!

Been about a month and I am feeling pretty good no bloating and less brain fog

I have had issues with chronic constipation my entire life (I’m 64). About a month ago a crisis got me a ride in an ambulance and an emergency procedure to remove 15lbs of stuck poop. I knew something had to change. I did some research and decided to give these a try. The first three days were tough, let’s just say it’s a good thing I work from home. It has been over 3 weeks and I now poop every single morning at about the same time with no problems or strain. I’m down an additional 5 lbs over the 15. Bloating is gone, I have more energy, less fatigue, and sleep better. I’m sold. I start my annual weeks on the road for work in about 6 week so we shall see how the work with planes, trains and automobile trips.

Unfortunately right before I received my Nuora Gut capsule order, I had a bad fall that resulted in surgery and the ensuing pain meds. So I’ve had to delay the start of taking the gut capsules until today. I’m actually excited about getting started on them finally, in order to get my gut health back in shape!

For my first order all I received was an empty bag so I reached out to the company and quick, excellent customer service is what I received. I need to give a shout out to Jera in customer service for helping me out. I have my product now and although I just started it yesterday I am very hopeful that this product will help me! If it truly does what all the great reviews say then in a month or two I will be feeling much better! I am very impressed with the Customer Service of this company…it’s a company that goes above and beyond for their customers! Thank you Jera for your prompt response! Most companies today do not treat their customers with such care, concern and kindness as this company has treated me and I am very thankful and impressed!

Shipper reached out by text with extra savings offers, had to decline for now but nice to text with a person. Offered to check back to see if I was satisfied.

What made my experience great was I was short 1 bag in my original order. I reach out to Nuora letting them know that I was short a bag. They responded very quickly and I send over everything they needed and they reviewed it and just like that they sent me the missing bag and it was to me in no time. Jera customer service was top notch. They made sure they communicated everything with me and they were willing to fix the problem instead of blaming the customer. Thanks again

This was my first time ordering Nuora. There was an issue with the shipping and it wasn’t showing any updates, nor was I receiving the product as expected. I didn’t receive my initial order, and ultimately I had to get a replacement order. Even though I ended up waiting a long time to get my order, my experience was still great thank you to Jane, a team member from Nuora. I was in contact with her several times when I wasn’t getting my order nor any updates for a while. Whenever I emailed her, she always responded promptly, was very friendly, and did everything she could to make sure eventually I did receive my order. I finally did receive it this week, and can’t wait to see the results. Thank you Jane and Nuora!

Very easy website. However, I do not want to be on a subscription basis. I’ll try the product god 3 months as no if I see results, I may consider a subscription. Thank you.
