So far so good! Extremely easy company to deal! Great customer service and they returned my phone call in a timely fashion regarding product questions. Product was exactly as described, easy assembly with provided instructions.

I believe it was the owner I talked to. He was amazing and helped talk me through the proper pump along with some great tips on how to install and what to expect with solar. The pump is surprisingly powerful.

When I received my fountain, I realized that I had accidentally ordered the non-floating version. I called and Ron was fantastic and wanted to make sure I got what I needed. He was able to send out the floating version within a week and asked that i send back the other pump when i verified that everything was working properly! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!! Great fountain!

The pump is great it works super well and does the job just as good as an electrical pump I’m so satisfied to the point I want to get another one id definitely recommend getting a back up battery because it helps so much after the sun goes down the design and everything was just awesome I love the pump and got it fast

I haven't used it yet because it's just getting warm out but customer service is A1 plus!

I first asked for help with my fountain and was given a prompt reply. I ordered what was recommended and the post office delivered it in a plastic mail container because, although there were "Fragile" stickers all over they managed to smash the box and one of the gallon containers broke and leaked all over.

I let them know what happened and they immediately sent a replacement!

I will definitely will order again from this company!

My pond was full of algae and I couldn't see more than an inch below the surface. I purchased AQUAPLANCTON, applied it as directed. It says it may take 4-6 weeks before you see results. I waited the 4 weeks before writing this review. I was amazed at how well it works. I can see the bottom of my pond, and everything that is happening with fish and frogs. I was worried that this might be "too good to be true", but AQUAPLANCTON does everything it promises. I had bought a chemical algaecide that I was assured wouldn't harm my fish. A little research found that would be true if I had an aerator and a pump, etc. My pond is just a little natural thing with no bells or whistles. I highly recommend this product.

I recently had our pond remodeled because we were told it was to deep and supposedly not ecco friendly by my our local pond contractor. That apparently was not so and when we introduced our 27 Koi fish back into the newly remodeled pond they died after a few days. So much changed the level of benificial bacteria was absent. The amount of gallons of water had changed to less and overdosing of chemicals had been introduced to the pond. Water happened after that the pond had become overwhelmed with algae rotting plants what a mess. I called My Natural Pond after watching there videos and what do you know Ron answered the phone I was shocked. I expalined the situation he offered his advice I applied the aquaplancton and it is looking very promising we can't wait for the product to fully do it's magic. All the conditions that foster algae, we have. We live in a hot weather climate; there is a large bush behind our pond that sheds its leaves into the pond; and birds love to use the pond to drink and bathe. But we also have fish in the pond. So My Natural Pond is perfect for us and IT WORKS! It takes a few weeks to clear the "pea soup" but it does clear it. I recommend it and my fish recommend it.

You helped with my ponds algae problem. Your Aquaplancton and advice you gave me did the trick. I called Ron 3 or 4 times during the year and his advice got my pond crystal clear. Thank you Ron for always taking my phone calls and for not sounding annoyed with my questions.

I was super impressed with the knowledge and confidance that Ronald had with helping me clear my Pond. The Aerator is working perfectly anf my fish are happy. Still waiting to see if the cocktail clears away the muck. But so far it's looking better naturally!!
