This company was able to put a program together to stop the algae issue in my pond. They recommended products that will resolve the issue and not damage the beautiful fish and foliage around the waterfall and perimeter of the pond. They have answered all my questions and concerns. I am looking forward to working with them in the future!

My new floating fountain arrived on time and was easy to put together and install in our pond. I did it by myself in less than an hour, including setting up the solar panels & swimming out in the pond to pick the right spot. Worked beautifully! I have ordered the longer cables so I can move it various places in the pond. Highly recommend! I have it deeper than the 3 ft needed and still get a good height of water shooting up.

We have been working directly with My Natural Pond going on 5 years. We had a Blue Green algae problem that was worsening by the day. I didn't even let my dog go in the water! MNP put together a customized pond solution which continues to be customized every year as needed. Our pond is now lovely. We swim, kayak & fish and once a month I put enzymes in while paddling around in my canoe, looking at all the little critters that call it home!

Pump works great and was so easy to set up

I love my waterfall pump! Customer service is excellent. I called to make sure the pump would work in my small fish pond. They answered all my questions, and the pump is working great. My pond is shaded for most of the day, so I also bought a long cord for the solar panel.

I placed an order and the item was out of stock. I was contacted by email and text and Ron suggested another pump that would work well with my pond. He answered all my questions and he shipped it quickly. It was packed well, the set up was easy and it is working just like I pictured it. Nice product and terrific customer support.

My phone calls were returned the same day. I sent an email with pictures and they were able to help me figure out what size fountain would work best for me. The shipment came in less than 1 week.

Purchased 25Kw solar pond pump and spillway. Everything to install was included with the exception of a bulkhead fitting to pass through my pond liner. Easy to install. If I can do it anyone can. Has been working great even in low light foggy days. 16 foot DC cord was more than enough to run from high mounted solar to pond. Love it!!!
