Super friendly and helpful
Super friendly and helpful. Ordered a solar fountain and it works great. Needed a longer cord and was able to easily reach someone and ask questions. Was even able to follow up with them via text on the tracking info. Definitely would recommend this company! A+++ service!

Wish spray was stronger
The pond fountain is better than others since it floats on the surface but the spray is very weak. I will probably buy a second one for the other side of the pond but wish the spray was stronger

Hi Anne, I just saw your four-star review, which I guess was generous given you aren't happy with the pump performance. There may well be something wrong with the set up. Can you please send me a 20-30 second video of the pump and how you set up the panels to my cell at 760-716-5542. Please take this in full midday sun around 11 am to 2 pm.
I am sure we can improve the performance.
