Spoke to Jimmi and he was honestly the greatest help, making the entire process thoroughly enjoyable and easy. Jimmi explained everything clearly from start to finish and had amazing words of encouragement the whole time. I am so happy with my decision to go through Learning Online.

Very helpful welcome to learning online. Easy to talk to. Good at explaining the courses. At times a lot of information to digest. Maybe needs to be slowed down somewhat. Great onboarding also by the tutor on my course. Helpful, knowledgeable and able to answer questions. Great experience so far.

Overall great company and good people. But the certificate looks like you could print it at home, with no certificate numbers or signatures makes it look bad. And an employee wouldn't look at it at all. If this can be sorted please advise. Thankyou

At the end of the 20+ minute spiel, I told him I would talk to my partner & respond via email, which I had to repeat numerous times. He said "why can't you speak to me via the phone?" I responded - "because I'm busy with work" he responded "so your too busy to do the course" He lost my $ALE right there!

Kyle Ward was sensational to start my learning journey. He was great to talk to, really cared about my story and didn't force or push me into anything (which was frankly a breath of fresh air). I look forward to kicking off my course and getting started!

Wow what an experience! This was the easiest process ever, I was having some issues being on public transport but the lovely person I spoke to Bryce just took it all in his stride made it very easy for me to undertake, I was made to feel comfortable, no pressure absolutely wonderful to talk too. I highly recommend him to anyone who is even the slightest shy person or introvert, you will be made to feel very comfortable

I completed Certificate in Photography to learn how to use a camera I purchased years ago as I had no idea how to use it. What I learnt in this course left me hungry for more information. Great course for learning the basics. Excellent content. Easy to navigate online platform. The video library was comprehensive and increased comprehension and helped me retain the information. The online support replies are quick and student support was easy to access. I am now using my camera and taking some beautiful images.
