I ordered the fan. The payment was taken from my bank account. I never received an order number or a confirmation. I've sent emails and no reply. Been nearly a month now and no word from the company and no product. Finally had to file a dispute with my bank.
Visually it is great. Also it’s easy to connect and use in the app.
But there are 2 huge problems:
1. The biggest problem is that it’s really loud. Like a normal regular big fan. So it’s impossible to put it somewhere near your pc or bed. I mean like, you can do it if you’re okay with a constant noise. Maybe it’s suitable for the ones that are always with their headphones on them. I felt deceived considering the “not loud at all” text on their website.
2. The second problem is that you need to drill a hole in the wall to put it. Most of us live in a rental aparts and you know that you can’t just drill a hole there. And you also feel deceived after discovering that because this fact isn’t stated on the web. It’s also impossible to just place it horizontally because it will just start moving randomly because its rotating force is too powerful. And even if you have the possibility to drill the god damn holes to put it the cable is crazy short for whatever reason and you need to have a plug near that place.
Absolute disappointment. I love the quality of the visuals, the product itself, its concept. And that’s why I’m really sad I don’t have a normal way to use it.
