I am very upset about Myheadcoverings.com's poor customer service policy when a purchase is defective. A simple apology and accusation that the customer is at fault after 2 wearings, is totally unacceptable! I actually spent money to mail back the snood in question, because I thought that your quality control people would be able to discern what the problem was and correct it for the future! In such a situation, the item should be replaced, as a matter of course. I found this very unprofessional and upsetting! I have no problem spending money for a good quality snood, but when i spend it and the item starts unravelling immediately, i am losing a good amount of money and have no snood to show for it!

I purchased an item using a Free Shipping Promo, after inquiring about the size of the item. I was told it ran "large". However, it was too tight. So I packed it up, paid for the return shipping, and sent it back. I was disappointed with the reimbursement. Shipping charges were subtracted from the paid amount. I called the company and got a lame excuse. I should have received the exact amount I paid.

I looked ALL over for this particular kind of cotton snood, & was sexcited to see it being offered, AND for a reasonable price! Delivery was very prompt, and I'm thoroughly enjoying my purchases! Thanx

My 6 year old daughter recently lost her hair due to chemo treatments. She was uncomfortable wearing a wig and as her mother I did not have the know how or patience to tie scarves. I searched the internet for children's head scarves and came across this site. I purchased all 5 of the children's scarves on the site. My husband was upset saying they were a bit pricey until they arrived and our daughter wears them everyday. The scarves are all pre-tied and very breathable. My daughter loves them and wears them everywhere.

I have made several orders now and each one is shipped promptly and in good condition when received. I look forward to seeing more pre tied headbands in the upcoming months. I highly recommend Myheadcoverings for anyone with a desire or need to cover.

Purchased 4 pre-tied scarves; 2 prints in lycra fabric & 2 solids in cotton. Scarves came individually packaged, well made, no loose threads, fit well & comfortable, appear as on internet site but, I would say the printed scarves look even much nicer than on my computer screen. Purchased for medical hair loss & plan to wear for work & for casual dress. Compared to some sites, better value. Site is easy to navigate & to check out. Overall I was happy with my shopping experience!!!!!
