After trialling many big brand kibble our 2 franchise were fusspots and had squitty bums but then we found these guys! No more trouble and great value and earthly friendly! They love it!

My dogs love this food and did set up subscription. Unfortunately they've changed delivery to Yodel,who are absolutely useless. So will no longer be buying,unless its available in shops to buy.

I appreciate your feedback regarding couriers. It's such a tough one as everyone has differing opinions on couriers so it feels like we can't win in that regard.
What I can say for sure, is that our customer service is second to none and if there's ever a delay with a delivery, our team do everything possible to rectify the issue. I appreciate your recent order was slightly delayed due to our warehouse move and courier change but I can assure you that if you stick with us, we'll do everything we can to ensure your Grub is delivered on time and if Yodel are not reliable in your area, we can arrange for a different courier to handle your orders specifically :)
I hope that's helpful. I wouldn't want something like this to cause you to go elsewhere! We really value our loyal customers so we'll do whatever we can to keep you.

My 4 dogs absolutely love the insect protein kibble. We have introduced our rescues to it gradually and they both are doing really well on it
Delivery is always when promised quality is consistent (not that I taste it of course). Been using grub club for a few years now and would not change back to any other food.

Does your dog suffer with allergies?
If you have a dog that suffers with food allergies then please read this!
I have a 6 year old Frenchie. Every vet she’s ever seen has said that she is the most allergic dog they’ve ever seen.
We’ve tried everything to help her and nothing works. She’s on Apoquel and always will be but no matter what she eats the Apoquel doesn’t stop her completely.
She’s suffered with itchy, red bleeding skin, bald patches behind her ears, bleeding back passage and constant ear infections, not to mention covered in hives that she scratches until she’s red raw and bleeding. It’s been heartbreaking.
A few weeks ago the vet suggested insect based food. My reaction was nah! Definitely not! But then I decided to look into it and amongst other suppliers I saw Grub Club Pets. So, I bought a 1.5kg bag of All Day Buffet and my husband said what a waste of money, you know it won’t work. Well, we’ve been very pleasantly surprised. All of her symptoms have gone away. No more scratching, no more head shaking, no more bleeding!! She’s a different dog!
At first it looks expensive but it’s not! In fact it’s slightly cheaper that my other dogs food. Is £1.28 a day to feed your dog? I don’t think so! My dog could only eat carrots, broccoli and cauliflower which is not nutritional. But now I know she’s getting everything she needs and her life is so much more comfortable and I’m not in tears seeing her bleeding and scratching like mad. I am gobsmacked how quickly it’s worked and so is my vet.
I cannot tell you just how grateful I am for this product. Thank you Grub Club X

Solved my dog's allergies after years
We've been trying to find a fix for Baxter's allergy for years, and Grub Club has finally done it. He loves his mealtimes now, and his skin has cleared up completely.
Both our lives and happier and easier now - can't recommend highly enough!

Seemingly unable to provide nutritional info...
I contacted the company on WattsApp back in August to ask about the total copper content of their foods, as my springer spaniel is both intolerant to animal protein and has recently been diagnosed wirh copper storage disease. Sadly, nobody makes a hydrolysed hepatic dog food it seems... Initially, the response was swift and friendly, and I was promised this information. But here we are in October and still no figures, despite my repeated requests. They've now completely stopped acknowledging my messages. My dog is refusing all hepatic food we can find with low animal protein, and Grub Club really was our last hope. Great to see how much they care about animals when they can't even be bothered to provide what should be basic information.

Sorry that you've not had the information you need. In August, we reverted back with the composition information and trace additives, which you mentioned wasn't the information you were after. To give you accurate info, we've been trying to get the exact number you need - especially since it's related to a disease that your dog has, the last thing we'd want is to provide you with inaccurate or inadequate info - and as you mentioned, it's been extremely difficult to find any information about this from other brands because you're essentially looking for the total copper content across every ingredient - which isn't something we have immediately to hand.
We're doing our best to get this information from our nutritionists but as you said, it's not a basic thing at all.
That being said, I'm very sorry the level of communication you've received from us hasn't been up to scratch! As you say, we got back to you super swiftly in August but seems like we missed the message you sent us a couple weeks ago via WhatsApp.
We'll do our best to get back to you asap.

My dogs really like this food, both the wet and dry. One of my dogs has a severe protein allergy which causes extreme itching and fur loss. It’s early days to find out if insect base food will affect my dog, but I do value the clean recipes and the way this food is gently processed to seal in the nutrients. Highly recommend.

The Grub Club, best purchase you’ll ever make
Grub club…. What can I say! Honestly this brand has SAVED my sanity.
I’ve got 2 Rottweilers and 1 cross breed. My oldest rottie (5) from around the age of 2 has suffered BADLY with ear infections. We did everything, eliminated proteins, cut out treats, changed our washing and cleaning products at home. Nothing helped. Never ending vet trips to get ear drops that would last the 8 weeks stated, only to come back again but worse.
We had him sedated and ears cleaned thoroughly throughout, which did help and he went around a month until the infection was back.
My cross breed then started showing signs of an ear infection and we knew we needed to do something asap.
So after countless hours searching on Google back in February this year, I came across Grub Club.
In all honesty at first I wasn’t 100% sure, a bug based diet?! I’d never heard of it.
But I am SO glad I went ahead and ordered the starter bundle.
They are an amazing brand, with amazing values. The food is made in the UK so you know you’re getting pure transparency with the ingredients, and know exactly what you’re giving your dogs.
They truly care for your pets, they have put so much thought into the different ingredients having different benefits, even missing out carrot (which I later found out actually feeds any yeast infection).
I will recommended them to anyone!
We use the subscription service which is so easy to use, I don’t even have to think about when to re order as they do it for me. They’ll text me what date my next bags due too so I know exactly when to expect it.
The subscription service gives us 10% off every order, and they also give you rewards as you order, which from this I’ve had a few bags with 50% off (dependant on how many points you have).
Their customer service is amazing, and my dogs absolutely love the stuff!
I don’t think they’ll ever realise the difference they are making to pet owners.

Great product and great service from company
I have an almost 11 year old German Shepherd and since she has been on the Grub Club Buffet food she is much more interested and active on walks. She’s been running and chasing the squirrels in the woods again. Something she hadn’t been doing for quite some time. When I’ve been asked how old she is people are quite amazed and I tell them and I say it’s since she’s been on a new insect based dog food. I have a regular subscription and have had no problems with managing that.
