Delivery was very slow
I wanted 2m of a bag strap and ordered 0.2m by mistake (price way to high for such a small amount). When querying customer service was not friendly

Fabric tore before I could even assemble it on the chair back. Would definitely not recommend this site
The fabric was sold for deck chairs, if it tore when I just pulled it to fit it I cannot see how anyone could possibly sit on it

Slow delivery
It was not clear that the company is based in Germany and Delivery times were much longer than suggested. We were eventually given a delivery date of between Tuesday 11th and Thursday 13th. The order did not arrive until Monday 17th which was too late as we had gone away by then. The fabric was for our holiday home in France and we would not have ordered had an accurate delivery date been given.

Terrible Experience with Myfabrics.co.uk: Poor communication and unresponsive service
I recently had the misfortune of placing an order on Myfabrics.co.uk, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the lack of communication to the complete absence of customer support, this company has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied.
First and foremost, after placing my order yesterday, I expected to receive a confirmation email promptly. However, it has been more than 24 hours, and I am yet to receive any communication from Myfabrics.co.uk. I even checked my spam inbox, just in case, but there's no sign of the confirmation email. This lack of basic communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their professionalism.
Adding to my frustration, I attempted to check the status of my order on their website using the provided order number. However, I was met with another roadblock as I was required to log in to view the information. Unfortunately, I couldn't log in because I don't have my password. So, I tried to reset it, but surprise, surprise – I haven't received any password reset email either. This issue not only prevents me from tracking my order but also highlights the lack of foresight and functionality in their website design.
Overall, my experience with Myfabrics.co.uk has been an absolute nightmare. Their lack of communication, unresponsive customer support, and failure to provide basic services such as order confirmation and password reset functionality have left me feeling highly dissatisfied. I strongly urge others to steer clear of this webshop, as their poor service and lack of professionalism have made this shopping experience nothing short of a headache.

Fantastic fabric, not particularly fast delivery
I haven’t ordered from myfabrics in years and was surprised to see such awful reviews after I’d placed my order. Customer services weren’t particularly helpful or polite but my order arrived in the estimated delivery dates and the quality was fantastic.

Years of happy sewing and crafting
I’ve shopped with my fabrics for a few years now and I’ve always had a positive experience. From the choices of fabrics and haberdashery etc to the shipping and receipt. I always buy the fabrics for my projects from them. It takes a little longer to get here. I estimate about a week to get to the uk, the couriers and to delivery. I don’t mind that because I get what I want. Thankyou to all the staff at my fabrics.

German company not British
German company not British. My fabric still has not arrived, now 6 days past the delivery date given by them. You have no way of getting in touch with them other than an email and you have to dig to find that.
