Scam company! I’ve requested a refund and nobody has responded to me… this is shocking customer service and I will be reporting the company to the correct authorities in due course. Wish I’d read reviews like the others as it’s just shocking how they can get away with this poor service. Send me my money!!

Like other customers, I wish I had never heard of this company. I placed an order on 21st October and was told it was out for delivery, this changed to 28th October. Scanned at Evri on 7th November but still no delivery. I have been told that delivery was due yesterday 20th November but it did not occur. Perhaps it might arrive today. This company took my money within minutes of placing the order.
Placed another order on 18th November with no success, I have just cancelled this order and wait to see if my money will be refunded.

I wished I'd checked Trustpilot reviews about this company before ordering fabric. I too have experienced delays, had to chase up order myself. They also use EVRI as their couriers who are terrible with more delays and don't bother doing returns with Evri they loose your return then you may not get your money back from My fabrics. Terrible don't use them. Use Fiver Fabrics instead, they do great on delivery and fabric is great.

Website is easy to use and selection of samples is good. However, the long waiting time for delivery is not explained clearly at checkout (I believe this is on purpose). They ship from Germany but I believe having a .co.uk web address is deliberately deceitful. They say they have this info in their Terms and Conditions however I believe they rely on the fact that most customers do not read this. I have already emailed customer support requesting to cancel and refund. Poor communication between themselves and Evri (Hermes), and they do not state before purchase that they use Evri otherwise I would not have ordered. I do not have faith it will be delivered. Not worth waiting for.

Ordered on 14th Oct 2022 (and not the 20th). Here we are in November and there is still no confirmation of the order being despatched. When I contacted them, they responded that my order has been released for delivery to Evri (previously Hermes). However, Evri has no tracking or any information of receiving my order. I checked myfabric's website and found my order is still "being processed". So clearly, they lied when they claimed to have already despatched my order with Evri. Appalling customer service to boot. It turns out it's a German-based and registered company that front their website with a UK web address. I am beginning to believe it's a scam website. To be reported and avoided at all costs

Ordered some fabric 5 weeks ago. Evri was supposed to deliver it 8 days ago but I received an email saying there was a problem with the delivery. Haven't heard anything more since. Tried to email my fabrics but haven't heard from them either. No phone number to contact!!! Appalling customer service. I'm now going to contact my credit card to request my money back.

Having read negative comments about delivery times, I was delighted that the fabric, ordered on 8th October, arrived today. It will make a lovely Christmas table cloth.

Ordered 4th September, order is showing as dispatched however Evri have not received the parcel. I have emailed the customer services multiple times, but have only received automated replies. It is now 12th October, have started emailing daily for an update. I think I’ve now reached the point of raising a case on PayPal. Such a shame as the fabric they supply is excellent, the customer service is appalling / non existent!!!

Absolutely shocking service, that is still unresolved from date of order 27/09/22 till now 12/10/22. ordered a bit of Felt. so nothing out of the ordinary.
I have repeatedly asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund, and I just get an automated responce.
Avoid at all costs

Avoid this website, been waiting over a month for my order to get shipped. Emailed over a week ago to try and chase it, never heard back. Zero customer service. Considering opening a dispute on PayPal and just getting my money back at this point. Don’t order from this company!
EDIT - Still no shipment, no response from customer service. This website should be investigated and shut down if they are taking people’s money and not shipping anything! I will be reporting to UK Trading Standards and encourage everyone else on this page to do the same!

You have been warned ! I am writing this review on behalf of my wife who ordered and paid for fabric in early August. Deliver via Evri was notified but never came. Re-ordered and despite many emails still never came. Automated email responses to every email apologising for ongoing issues and promising to come back to us but nothing happens. Gave up and requested refund last week. Now they are not responding at all. Have notified the authorities and will update this once settled.

On 19th Sept I spent £200 on upholstery fabric that showed in stock. My order acknowledgement said DELIVERY between 30th Sept to 5th Oct. Not great but liveable with. Since then NOTHING has been sent and it still shows as ‘processing’ and NOW the shipment ( not even delivery)date keeps changing - it was showing as 30 sept to 5th Oct, then on 5th Oct the date showed as 6th, today it shows as 10th. I contacted Customer sErvices on Monday 3rd ( VERY hard to find their details which are buried) and got an automatic reply saying they’d get back to me and also to look at their (rather useless) FAQs . It’s now Thursday and my fabric hasn’t been shipped AND they haven’t bothered to respond. My project is held up, meanwhile they have my money. I will raise a conmplaint with Paypal but really I just want the fabric they said was in stock and would be with me. At best they are incompetent….. at worst.. you decide.
17 0ct. Raised a dispute with PayPal as I’d heard nothing. 19 oct: they emailed to say the fabric was only available in a 10m and 3m length. I replied immediately saying that was not acceptable and I did not want the order. That night I got shipping confirmation.( though tracking not live). They ignored my email. I’m £200 poorer for this experience as I cannot do my project using two different cut lengths of fabric. I am SO angry
The latest? 27 Oct. NO REPly From customer service. No recall of fabric and now evri say ‘delivered’ by posting through my letter box. HOW TF do you get 13 metres of upholstery fabric into a letterbox???? No photo of course. . So, fully scammed here out of £200. Oh. - and of course the sly ‘sending’ of the unwanted fabric , means my PayPal dispute will be upheld in their favour.

I rate MyFabrics four stars because of the delivery delay. My order arrived month after placing the order despite the website saying that it would only be two weeks. However the fabrics and accessories arrived well packed, in good condition and they are beautiful. The quality and pattern of fabrics is lovely. I also ordered some swatches of other fabrics and I will be ordering them bearing in mind that it will take about a month to arrive. I think if they disclose and corrected the delivery time they woul avoid so many negative reviews.

Like others on here I should have read the reviews before placing an order!! I have waited a long time for my scissors to be delivered but each time I contact them I get an automated response telling me they are dealing with a lot of enquiries...well it's no wonder when their service is so poor!!
I have asked for my money back but again received an automated response, what an awful company! Please save yourself the hassle and order from elsewhere.
Update...this company even stopped sending me their automated emails when I contacted them so I have opened a dispute with Paypal and requested a refund

Oh dear, I cannot believe the number of complaints.I should have looked at reviews before placing my order in August. They were quick to take my payment but we are now 4th October and no fabric! The automated responses just incense me more. I repeatedly asked for my order to be cancelled and money returned but once again just automated messages! Now saying my fabric has been dispatched but what do you think , another message saying the delivery will be delayed!

Communction in German and not clear it came from MyFabric. Saying that Hermes tried to deliver but they didnt as no card. Order nos is 15698513. Hopefully they can sort this out asap then I can change the rating

order placed 18th of August and stupidly placed a second order on the 24th. E-mailed them on 7th September for an update. Received no helpful information, just a sorry and telling me that the first order was being procesed. Finally received notice on 9th September that my first order had been despatched but a week later no further news and unable to track. Terrible service and seriously doubt I'll ever receive my goods. Pity because they appeared to have some wonderful fabrics.
Update.......2 days after I placed this review my first order was delivered and very happy with the quality.
Today (20 September) received notice that second order on its way
