Broken website and dishonest fees

Their payment system was a nightmare errors, glitches, and no confirmation that my payment went through. Suddenly, I received a random "payment identification number" with no explanation.

When I called customer service, the agent cut me off, put me on hold for 15 minutes, and then dropped the call. It took multiple attempts to finally settle this tiny amount, wasting my time and causing unnecessary stress.

We are sorry to hear you had issues with our website. We will raise this issue and your concern about being cut off, as well as the hold time for a complaint investigation, as this does not meet the service standards we hold ourselves to. We apologise for any inconvenience this caused.

Regarding fees, please note that at EPFS, we do not add any fees or interest to the balances we receive. Should a late payment fee be applicable, this will be part of the creditor’s terms and conditions, and any payment collected on the fee is returned to the creditor.

Once the complaint investigation is complete, we will issue a letter with full details to the address we have registered against the account.

If we can do anything further, our complaints team can be contacted directly at complaints@myepfs.com.

Very good service that helps to support me to make payments that I could afford and the advicer didn't make me feel bad for falling behind on my payments and told me all I need to know to keep up with them

Very professional

Very professional, polite, caring and empathetic. They checked to make sure you had enough to live on and payment plans are available. I didn’t need this as I paid the bill in full. Only missed one payment with Plusnet due to poor health. All sorted now.
It was a pleasure talking to them.

I received a message from the company…

I received a message from the company about a financial situation I have. The call handler was very professional and helpful. I explained the situation and she took my details. She said she would raise this with the company I am in dispute with and get back to me. I am very happy with how the call handler dealt with my problem

Very important specially if you have problems organising and phoning it's something I'm not really good at

Well firstly very understanding specifically about other bills that I might have, the lovely lady was concerned about other bills I have bless, she was really down to earth she came over really caring and asked me if I could pay theamount, if im ok and it's not leaving me penniless, a very nice lady.
