What a bunch of charlatans

What a bunch of charlatans! This organisation are milking good companies of money and making Everyday people get county court judgments while they sit on their butts getting paid and not completing their tasks. I recieved a Thames water bill from them demanding that i owed monies - I called and explained that i didnt owe anything and the residence i was staying at at the time of this bill was fully inclusive of all bills. They literally told me to prove it as they didn't believe me. I did, and I also contacted the owners of the residence; they called and confirmed the bill was theirs. This lot then said, "No, we can't talk to you or accept that you want to pay the bill, cause we don't have your name on the system?" (Do you want the bill paid or what?) I then had to officially write a letter introducing them to the bill's owner and confirming that I had given them the right to speak on my behalf, even though it had nothing to do with me, and pay the bill that was theirs. A month later, it still hadn't been fixed, and I'm sure Thames Water wasn't aware that this company had resolved the issue. They are in it for the money only, not to solve their clients' issues.... In answer to your reply, I am done with you guys... your chance for correct execution has come and gone. I have emails and letters to confirm my plight. Your a buncw of charlatans.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Updates to bill payer details must be carried out in line with our client’s processes and are subject to verification checks. These controls are in place to ensure accuracy and to protect against errors or unauthorised changes.

Poor company wasting so much paper and resources why send 2 letters exactly the same I only need one to light my log burner horrible company trying to collect parking charge invoices I never signed a contract to park anywhere or accepted any

Took on a minor's debt from…

Took on a minor's debt from the IONOS Group and then hung up on me when I started questioning their policies.

Used to be called Arvarto Financial Solutions Ltd, which has 1 star on Trustpilot for treating their customers poorly.

Stay far far away from "Everyday People", they're not for the people, they're for the people who want your money.

I have reported them to the Insolvency Investigations and Enforcement Services, along with IONOS Group.

We would not knowingly contact anyone regarding a debt involving a minor, and if this is what has occurred, we would like to investigate this as a priority.

Hi had the best experience. I'm so thankfully to Dawn she didn't just help me she was like a ray of sunshine and best personality. I haven't laughed like that for a very long time. Terrible company

Terrible company. They constantly send me text messages, and I haven't lived in the UK for several years. I don't even know where they got my number. I have a prepaid card with the number, no subscription, and I have no idea how to reply.

Lovely people
