I am exceptionally happy with my interaction with EP Financial Solutions and highly satisfied with the service provided.
The RISE digital platform is truly a standout feature. It was incredibly easy and intuitive to use (a definite "Very Easy" experience). Being able to access all the necessary information and manage my account securely at my own pace, outside of regular business hours, made the entire process stress-free and convenient.
Furthermore, the team handled my situation with complete professionalism, understanding, and empathy. The overall service was respectful and constructive. Thank you for making a difficult process so manageable.

The gentleman who called me was extremely polite, considerate and helpful. Even so hi called me to do his job for his company and collect a payment he first wanted to receive some information from me about other outstanding debts and he wanted to make sure that I have enough funds for food for my 3 children.
I am very grateful for his help and support.

No body likes dealing with agencies. But I actually thought these guys were pretty good. They were fair, didn’t heras me and the agent actually knew a lot about the client they were representing.

I spoke to Jacqueline on 11/11/25 @ 16:00.
This lady was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the issue with your Client and a suggested outstanding account balance.
Unfortunately the outstanding sum was, in fact, not due as we had spoken to your Client sometime before regarding this.
Jacqueline was more than helpful by letting us know what the total sum requested was made up of.
It appears that there are 3 x ‘Referral Fees’totalling £45 - which now makes up nearly 50% of the suggested outstanding balance ?
Somewhat of a problem - given the matter had already been resolved.
We are more than happy that Jacqueline has now placed the account on hold for a monthly period - in order for us to contact our mutual Client / Supplier.
Jacqueline provided us with a direct contact number for the accounts team to speak with them.
All in all an “eleven out of ten” experience.
