Outstanding customer service
Door handles arrived quickly, within a couple of days of ordering them. Unfortunately, I'd ordered the wrong size for a couple of them but was able to change them. Customer service was exceptionally helpful.

This company is brilliant
This company is brilliant! Firstly the quality of their handles and the speedy delivery was excellent. I had ordered the wrong size latches and when i called them they arranged next day delivery without question of the right ones and trusted me to send back the others (which of course i did) but how refreshing that a company treated me like an actual person. The customer service was amazing and i will forever use them for my handles and would recommend them to anyone

Items good quality for the price bad delivery experience
Items good quality for the price. The problem was DHL delivery tracking was poor and confusing, parcel was delivered to DHL Service Point, no notification of delivery or pick-up code received has to sort the pickup out myself. Outer flimsy plastic packaging torn items nearly dropping out. A number of boxes damaged luckily the contents survived.

Risposta di Mydoorhandles
Hi,
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience – this is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and we completely understand how frustrating this must have been.
As a small business, we take a lot of pride in the quality of our products and the service we offer. While issues like this can occasionally occur due to manufacturing defects or handling in transit, it’s not something we ever expect our customers to receive. What we can control is how we resolve it, and we always aim to put things right as quickly and smoothly as possible.
If you could kindly provide your order details, we’ll look into this straight away and offer a suitable resolution, whether that’s replacement parts, a full replacement, or an alternative solution that works best for you.
We’re here to help and will do our best to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
