Customer service was good when I needed answers. The handles were good for the price and arrived on time. They look well when fitted .

This company is incredible in their excellent customer service, above and beyond help in sorting out any problem you may have with an order. I ordered too many handles for an incredibly difficult and stressful build. I forgot to sent 4 handles back 2 years ago that were boxed and I didn’t need. Instead of the negativity I would normally receive from companies too tight to care, My Door Handles could not have been kinder, more genuine and super helpful in helping me return them, free of charge after 2 years! I wanted to write this review as this level of service is dying in our world. Well done you guys for restoring my faith! You are a company for life and I can’t wait to use you again on my next project. Thank you especially to Darnell . How amazing you are

If I’m completely honest the website is dreadful to use- but please take my advice and chat to the team as they know the codes and it’s well worth it

Don't usually write any reviews but this company went above and beyond what would normally be expected. I ordered a wrong handle by mistake, messed up my order and called and got an immediate response reducing the price of my misorder and correcting to what I had wanted.

When an issue occurred with sending the initial order the owner acknowledged the error and at his own cost sent out 2x of the correct handle next day delivery.

I cannot remember getting this level og service, particularly from a company with already very competitive priced products to boot.

Excellent customer service.
Choose the handles I wanted was a bit of decision overwhelm and I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. The team were really helpful, both on the phones and email, to help to order an alternative. Sadly it still wasn't right but the returns/refund process was incredibly easy. Will definitely recommend this company to others

Lovely door handles an super quick delivery

Fast delivery and great customer service. I replaced all the handles in my house but I needed to exchange 2 handles for the bathrooms as I ordered the wrong type of handles, they were excellent and sent the correct handles straight away and gave me a postage label to return the items. I will definitely send use this company again.
