Very nice, very helpful & very responsive. My package was supposed to be delivered by a certain date, but because of a holiday in their country, it was not. I was a bit nervous because it stated my package was delivered but wasn't I then looked at my cameras no package I contacted mychway they were very informative with tracking number phone numbers. I then contacted UPS they had my package I picked it up. and let Mychway It was in my possession. We bought 2 machines from myChway and one was faulty when it arrived. The customer service was very quick to respond and when problems couldn’t be resolved a replacement was sent out immediately. Will definitely be buying from them again in the future.
