The whole experience from booking in to collecting my car was hassle free. The car was serviced promptly even though it involved a long job (timing belt replacement). Particular mention for the professional assistance from Anton.

Was supposed to pickup the car at 12. Went there at 1.30pm to check just to see the car was actually ready but there was no communication at all.

Happy that they couldn’t diagnose what my car issue was and that it needed a specialist mechanic. However, I have rated this down because it took half an hour for a staff member to come to the front desk to acknowledge & help me when picking the car up (despite being seen through the garage window)

From start to finish this was pretty good. I initiated the purchase and booking process in November and knew exactly, I thought, what the outcome would be and when the fitting would occur.

Get to the location and all is good, except there was a high pressure "recommendation" to add an additional, previously unmentioned service... the wheel alignment.

After explaining there was nothing seen to be wrong with the alignment and that I was only changing tyres because the OEM items were poor quality especially when handling in the wet, the persuasive arguments persisted. Eventually on pick up, I had to explain prior (multiple) failures at another myCar site had resulted in my not trusting the business to do the work properly - I mean the prior records show that on three prior occasions, the work failed. This was finally understood by the site.

Nevertheless, the change of tyres has greatly improved the ride, balance and handling of my car; they are brilliant, and will be monitored for uneven wear.
