Knowledgeable and helpful Staff
Knowledgeable and friendly staff. We had to have Rego done and new tires fitted, the staff made it a painless process!!

Communication/paying process
I was kept informed of what needed to be done to the car during the service, and was offered options. The cost of the service was provided upfront so there were no surprises.
My only gripe is that the funds were charged to my credit card before the service which I don't agree with.

Disapointed
Whoever took the car off me in the morning did not seem to want to be there. When the same person called me to add extra work and I said no he grunted at me. When I collected the car he just gave me the keys and pink slip and did not explain a ting.

Fist of all my car was booked in for…service
Fist of all my car was booked in for over a week,for a service he told me I needed spark plugs and they could only be given by LDV so the service could take longer while waiting for them to be delivered. Why weren’t they pre-ordered so they were ready to go? He also charged me for wiper fluid which was actually not even put in my car.
He also quoted me $430 per tyre when there are less expensive. The whole experience felt dodgy. I will not be back after paying $900 and quite possibly nothing was done.

Excellent tyre service
Very quick service, very happy with the competetive pricing and price beat offer. Tyres were fit well and no damage was done to rims. Very happy overall

Great Experience
Well, where do I start. Once I had dropped it off early in the morning to when I had picked it up, I was told of any additional things they had to do to it. So good. Plus they had told me of what the extra cost was going to be.
