I paid for a 4 wheel balance and rotation they only swapped the two front tyres over I know that all 4 wheels were not balanced and rotated as my drivers side rear rim has a scratch in it and that same wheel is still on the right rear and the rear wheel nuts haven’t been touched as the still have dirt and dust on them

From the moment I called to arrange a booking, to the completion of the service and unknown suggested issues that were found, I was greeted in a friendly manner, respected with importance and personally and professionally assisted to having my car in it's best reliable condition. Put a tyre in late afternoon to be replaced. Was ready to go next day. Helpful and friendly.
Tyre was covered by warranty so the whole deal didn't cost me a cent.
